Infinity Bay Spa & Resort se encuentra en West Bay Beach y está construida con los más altos estándares. I just returned from Roatan after staying at Infinity Bay for the 6th time. This has to be one of the nicest places I've had there. The convenience of the First Floor and to the new pool was amazing. The room had all the amenities we needed for our week stay and wish it was longer.
The communication with Bill and Mary Ann was excellent. They answered any questions we had promptly and even helped arrange the shuttle from the airport to Infinity Bay including a stop at the grocery store.
We will 100% be going back and hope to stay in this beautiful unit again.

It's an outstanding condo at an amazing resort. The pool and beach our as good as they get. You will love this place. The only surprise was we had to pay taxes when we got there and $50 each to use the gym. I'm sure it was in an email or Bill had told me this, but I didn't remember it, so I was a little surprised when we arrived. Bill even arranged transportation for us and communicated to the company when our flights were delayed. When our flight was cancelled, he even offered for us to use his condo again. You won't regret renting this condo.

The ground floor condo is a great location right by the pools! Spacious and comfortable inside as well as patio area. Hosts are wonderful and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Another great stay at Infinity Bay. The staff are great, the grounds are immaculate!!!!!! The room was clean, bed super comfortable. This our 5 time back can’t wait until the next trip. The new bar is about a month away from completion. Highly recommend staying at this condo on 1st floor bldg 7.

Infinity Bay and our hosts were great. This was our second time on property and it was as geat as the first. We enjoyed a balance of relaxing and fun activities.
The new pool was still under construction and looks like it will add more to the property.

Our family of 4 (2 adults and 2 kids ages 12 and 15) stayed in this unit for a week. The check-in process was smooth and the front desk allowed us a day or 2 to check out the resort before we decided if we wanted to do the all inclusive package or not (we ultimately decided against the all inclusive so we could try out the wonderful restaurants along the beach). Our unit was centrally located between the 2 pools and we enjoyed being able to walk right out to the pool from the ground level. It was also in a quieter location a bit back from the beach, bar, and nightly music which we really appreciated since, after the long days in the sun, we were sleeping pretty early each night. The unit was very spacious and had all the basic necessities in the kitchen. Daily housekeeping was wonderful and having access to American TV was also a nice perk! We absolutely loved Infinity Bay for so many things but the main ones being easy access to amazing snorkeling right off the beach, smaller sized resort which meant no fighting for pool/beach chairs or long walks back to your room, and we felt very safe as there were security guards always walking around the resort as well local police and security walking the beach at all hours. We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation and hope to return to Roatan in the future! We will definitely book Bill and Mary Ann’s unit again as they were a pleasure to work with and have a great rental property! What a gem!

If you like snorkeling the infinity Bay is the perfect spot, you can literally swim from the beach to the reef. The resort is building a new pool which will be nice as the one gets busy. The resort restaurant bar is expensive but there’s a lot to choose from down both sides of the resort. Second time staying at the resort and will do it again.

This was our 10th or 11th year staying at infinity bay. Bill and Mary Ann were great hosts and very responsive from booking and throughout our stay if we had any questions. They setup our transportation to and from the resort, which was a very nice touch. The room was clean and the couches were updated from the original resort ones (much more comfy!) We had a great stay and if we come back would definitely look into this room again.

Our two little families had such a great time at Infinity Bay. Bill's apartment is so convenient to the pool and beach. He is very attentive and took care of all our questions right away. The hotel is undergoing construction and its right outside the room, but it wasnt terrible because we didnt spend much time during the day in the room.

This was our 3rd trip to Roatan and Infinity Bay.
Bill and Mary's Infinity Bay rental was great and our favorite so far! They provided excellent communication and answered all of our many questions very promptly.
We are siblings in our late 50's/early 60's recently retired and traveling on our 1st family vacation with our spouses.
Having a ground level unit near the pool sure made our stay more pleasurable.
The unit had everything we needed and we loved that each couple had their own bedroom and bathroom. Everything was clean and comfortable and the unit met all of our needs.
B + M even referred us to their very nice driver Jorge who we used for our airport transfers (including a stop to Eldon's).
We couldn't have enjoyed a more perfect vacation!

Truly a great property, resort and island. Bill and Mary were very accommodating, proactive on checking in to see if everything was going well and responsive. The unit was great, located on the main level, steps away from pool and easy to get back and forth from pool / beach. The resort is safe, staff are very friendly and westbay is great. The island reminds me of a mix of Mexico and South America. Resort is touristy but you can also experience the island culture away from the resorts. We enjoyed the VRBO experience of it vs all inclusive, simply load up at the grocery store for breakfast and lunches (and beer) then go out for dinner in westbay or west end.

Our stay at Infinity Bay was just as described. The unit was lovely, modern and perfect (although we spent very little time inside!). The staff kept us stocked with clean towels and basic necessities.
Tip for first time traveling to Roatan, take lots of clean & undamaged small bills for tips and payments outside of the resort.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Our family of 4 visited Roatan for the first time and fell in love. Infinity Bay was the perfect place to stay, accessible to so many great restaurants and had the most beautiful beach. The pool was huge, the spa was nice, and the staff at Infinity Bay are so very nice and helpful. We loved our time! Bill and MaryAnn were super responsive to any questions we had and very helpful. The condo was spacious, clean and comfortable. We loved it's location. So glad we were on the ground floor and didn't have to hike up lots of stairs. It was close to the pool, but still very quiet inside. We felt very safe at Infinity Bay!

From arrival to departure, our stay was great. Staff was responsive, unit was in the perfect location and well appointed.
