Phil’s property is great for our group of 6. Very relaxing, clean, well stocked and appointed, easy to find and a great view. This is our second stay and we just love his home and are very relaxed and have everything we need for our stay. He’s a great communicator and answers right away with any issues or questions. Highly recommend! Can’t wait to stay again.

The location is a dream - it's in the PGA West golf course, and it overlooks the part of the mountains that light up at night. The view is just stunning.
The house is large and comfortable. It has amenities like a pool, hot tub, a huge primary suite, and a very comfortable living room.
Phil is a great host, he's always available if you have questions and he's super friendly and helpful!
This was our third time staying here and I can't wait to return next year!

I recently had the most incredible stay at a beautiful home in PGA West La Quinta, and it exceeded all my expectations in every way possible.
Firstly, let's talk about the breathtaking mountain view. Waking up to the sight of the majestic mountains in the distance was simply surreal. It added an extra layer of tranquility and beauty to my mornings and evenings, making every moment spent outdoors feel like a scene from a postcard.
The easy proximity to nearby golf courses was another highlight of this stay. As an avid golfer, having multiple options for top-notch courses nearby was a dream come true. It made planning golf outings convenient and ensured I could explore different courses throughout my stay.
The house itself was well-appointed, with tasteful decor and all the amenities one could ask for. From cozy bedrooms to a fully equipped kitchen and spacious living areas, every detail was thoughtfully curated to ensure a comfortable and luxurious stay.
The location of the house was also convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and other attractions in La Quinta.

Had our name been on the list with the security guards at the front gate, I would have given it a 5 star for checking in. Once we contacted VRBO, Phil responded and the rest was fabulous. Glorious setting, pool, spa, friendly community, well stocked kitchen and the beds and pillows were THE BEST! Phil was great to work with and extremely helpful with things to do and places to eat.

This is my second time staying at Phil's lovely home! We stayed for two weeks and still didn't want to leave. There's nothing like waking up and having an iced coffee in the hot tub while overlooking the mountains. Bliss.
This location is unbeatable - PGA West is awesome because you can look out and be entertained by the golfers all day, but it's also incredibly private and quiet so it feels like a real oasis.
Phil is also an excellent host, always accommodating and quick to reply.
The home itself is exactly as advertised and has all the amenities you'd need.
I hope we can continue to visit for years to come! Definitely stay here if you can.

This home located in PGA West- private Palmer Residences -was superb! Perfect for our two couples with tons of room and elegant appointments. Could easily accommodate a full family as there were additional rooms and another full bath. Views and hot tub are spectacular- we even spotted Big Horn sheep on the side of the mountain.
Great area for golf, walks and bike rides, or to just hang, drink some wine and read novels!
The owner Phil was 100% responsive and available. Made our stay ultra-enjoyable. We will come back again!

What an amazing week at this beautiful property! The views are absolutely stunning with the mountains! The outdoor space with the pool and spa was amazing and easy to run with the heating instructions! We saw the mountain goats as well running through the golf course.

Property is in an ideal location in PGA West on the Arnold Palmer golf course with afternoon sun to help warm the pool and hot tub and unbelievable views of the mountains. PGA West itself is in an ideal location close to La Quinta and other great towns. Weather was perfect for us folks from Michigan. Phil was very helpful and quick to respond to any inquiries we had. We hated to leave but had to eventually face that reality.

Our family had the best time relaxing, swimming, biking, playing golf and playing pool. This home is full of entertainment with plenty of space and spectacular views (including the bighorn sheep!). It was the perfect covid-friendly escape to warmer weather and the owner could not have been nicer. Highly recommend!

The place was perfect for my family! The backyard with the pool and golf course and Mountain View was beautiful! We will definitely come back. The house is well kept and fully supplied. We didn’t need to bring anything but ourselves. Super helpful when you’re traveling with small children!
