This is my 2nd stay at this property which is centrally located in Williams in a quiet neighborhood. Home has open floor plan and had plenty of room for a family. Like most vacation rentals this one needs some tender loving care but was clean. My only complaint is the beds they are not comfortable at all and the one in the master makes noise every time you move. Host was friendly and responsive. The internet is hit and miss but you are in the mountains.

Enjoyed our stay at the train house very much. The train house was perfect for my family! The house was warm and inviting, and very nicely decorated. We took the train to the Grand Canyon (def recommend doing that). The house is within walking distance to the Williams train Depot, and to all the restaurants and shops. The house was very clean. My kids loved watching the trains go by. House was well stocked with toilet paper, towels, plenty of pillows, blankets, and even had shampoo/conditioner and body wash for the kiddos. My family and I look forward to staying here again.

What a wonderful, cute home with a perfect location. We walked to Route 66 shops and to the train station for the Grand Canyon tour. Thoughly enjoyed our stay.

Loved the house, enjoyed the train theme, only drawback was neighbor's yard looked unkept and gave a negative impression when we first arrived but experienced no issues or problems.

Our stay was wonderful. Check in was easy, home was as listed and very clean. Everything was fully furnished in the kitchen. Didn’t have a need to contact the property manager until after our departure and Lou Ann was as sweet as pie about the situation. My only two complaints would be the bunk beds were a little wobbly and the neighbors/ neighborhood wasn’t very inviting. But overall, we had a wonderful stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend to friends and family.

The property is nice. It was very clean and nicely updated. The beds were comfy. You couldn’t asked for a better location. It is walking distance to everything. The host is super responsive and friendly.

Williams is a great area to visit. Right on Route 66 and a great location to visit the Grand Canyon. Everyone in the area is very pleasant and helpful! The house is decorated so cute and plenty of room for a family of 7. We had an amazing time.

We visited Williams to take the kids to the Polar Express. The house location is absolutely perfect!! The house is perfectly decorated in train/railroad theme and very kid friendly. We were very comfortable and felt very much at home during our stay.

We loved this nicely decorated train house! It was quaint, clean, and cozy with all the amenities we needed including a full kitchen and washer/ dryer. It was within walking distance of the Grand Canyon train station and Route 66 with lots of cute shops and restaurants. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the neighbor’s yard looked very unkept. Despite this, the community appeared safe. We enjoyed our stay!

We had a wonderful time in Williams. It was so convenient to be able to walk to the Grand Canyon Train from the house. My son especially loved the train theme and all the decorations. We had everything we needed and the house was very clean. It was a nice surprise to find a bunk bed in one of the rooms that my kids enjoyed. I would definitely stay here again.

It was amazing view of the Grand Canyon Railways as expected. Also, the interior is nice. This property is close to go to the restaurants, the gift shops, and Safeway in downtown, which is very convenient.

This rental was perfect for what we wanted. Williams has lots to do and plenty of places to eat. Went to the Grande Canyon. Easy drive and only an hour away. When we go back we will definitely rent this house again.

We had a wonderful stay at the home in Williams. It’s perfectly located near the Grand Canyon Railway station and just a few minutes from the main strip on Route 66. The house was immaculate - it’s as clean as it gets for a rental property - and the owners show great pride in their home. Tons of cute vintage train details add to the charm of the home. The owners were also easy to reach out to and the check-in process was easy. We would definitely stay again.

This was an amazing experience, we were minutes away from the train depot, route 66 and Flagstaff. The house was incredibly cute, very spacious for our family. We loved every minute of it. Thank you.

We loved this house! Spacious gathering areas, most of what we needed was provided. Top of the line appliances. So clean and felt like a modern vacation. Every little detail in the home made the experience worth every penny. The front porch was a nice relaxing space with a view of all the old trains.

This updated home is located within walking distance of shops and restaurants. The home is decorated with a train theme and it is obvious effort was put into the home’s design and decor. The kitchen, living area and master bath were very clean. We left the stay early because there was mold in the second bathroom window as well as stains on the pillows and the mattress protector in the master bedroom and dust and cobwebs on most of the light fixtures. This was disappointing because we could see the place had a lot of potential. Those pillows need to be replaced completely, bleach and treat the mold and a swiffer ran over the place. Our group cancelled our stay and the host refunded us, we appreciated that because our communication with VRBO was subpar.

The house was good and clean and full of latest appliances. However, the beds were not comfortable. The beds make a lot of noise. I’m not sure if it was the spring or the bed frame that was making noise but the issue was with all three bedrooms.

My girlfriends and I stayed in the Train house for 5 days in August. To me it needs some cleaning and maintenance work. When we were there we had to ask for new coffee pot, the toaster only one side worked, need new beds, towels need to be replaced they are really worn. Location not to bad, I hope the owner starts fixing things or she will have a two star home soon. I would not stay there again. I left a list of issues I hope they will be taken care of soon.

This is a great remodeled home in Williams, AZ. It's close enough to the great downtown to walk, but far enough away to be quiet. Just across the train tracks (about a 5 minute walk) are restaurants, bars, and shopping. The house has been completely remodeled and looks exactly like the pictures. The spaces are great! It appears several homes along the street have been remodeled.

This location is so close to the fun town of Williams. We could walk over and grab a bite, or watch the street entertainment. Loved the various sitting areas throughout the house and outside. We all had our own room and slept like babies. I had a question and the host got back to me asap. We hope to return one day and if we do not, will recommend it to friends and family. This location is also central to so many things. We stayed at this lovely place and drove the Grand Canyon. (Leave early and avoid the traffic.) You can go to many places from this VRBO place. If you are thinking about it. Go for it and get outdoors.

Super cute decor. Newer and higher end fixtures in the kitchen and bathrooms. Large soaking tub in master bath. Easy walking distance downtown where you can catch the western shootout show and lots of other things going on. Got there in middle of night and was worried about the neighborhood but it was fine. You pull into the side of the house to park and enter the door on the side. I think the only complaint was the second bedroom for other adults has a very squeaky bed so if moved it made noise. Bed was pretty, just not great for light sleepers in a strange home. We would definitely stay there again if come back to Williams.

We found this home comfortable and convenient to the Grand Canyon. Train theme is super cute, especially when you hear the train whistles and can watch the trains. We were a little surprised by the condition of the neighborhood, but the house is great.
