Ubicación, Limpieza y lo bien acondicionado que está la Cabaña

It was BEARY nice ,and cozy The very best part ,was the Bears 🐻. We seen a Momma, and her Cub, very close to the cabin. Two days later, seen a Cub, go through the back yard. It was Awesome!

2 bars of previously used soap left in the bathtub upstairs, and one in the bathtub downstairs. Eww downstairs bathroom toilet ,needs new seat, it kept moving from side to side. Downstairs bathroom door barely shut

Pros: good location (5-7 mins to downtown, 10 mins to park and about 20min to pigeon forge), cabin was clean and the fireplace is easy to use.

Check in and check out times are STRICT. There are NO accommodations. The property manager said the lock has a time on it and won’t open prior to 4pm. I don’t think this is true (the lock looks standard) but we didn’t have a chance to test it because our flight was delayed and so we ended up arriving after 4pm. However, this already set the tone in a negative way because really what’s the bid deal if someone arrives a couple hours earlier if the house was empty and cleaned?! And also why lie? That makes it worse. The cabin is stocked with the bare minimum (2 paper towel rolls, 2 toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1 kitchen towel and 2 trash bags- and the lowest quality paper). The hot tub definitely was not drained and sanitized as advertised- it was cloudy and there was hair and gunk that floated at the top (I took pictures). Also temperature was just warm no where near hot. The pillows are hard as a rock and the bed sheets just have a quit like blanket covering the bed- not an actual comforter. Which I know doesn’t get washed!!! Not cozy at all. Mattress is fine. The view is not entirely as advertised. No mountain view just trees/road and cabins .

Cozy, comfortable, clean! Perfect for our family vacation! We really couldn’t have asked for more! The hosts made everything easy and comfortable. The view was amazing and the best part was seeing momma bear and her 3 Cubs take their morning walk each morning at 8:30. Such a memorable trip.

The only thing I could think of is to leave a couple extra toilet paper rolls. Other than that, perfection!

Cabin could use some maintenance downstairs bathroom door wouldn’t close, upstairs plumbing was squealing, couch bed was completely unusable as a bed, thin mattress on direct metal bars, parking was difficult with an suv you could only use spot at the bottom of the property.

the staff was rude and we left early and booked a condo because the first night they put us in another cabin because ours wasn’t ready and then 6 minutes before 10 told us we had to be out and then when he got to our cabin water leaked all over the floor in both bathrooms and through the kitchen ceiling through the lights that stopped working. then staff laughed and hung up on us when we called about it and the whole staff was awful except for meegan. would not recommend staying with them
