El dormitorio principal tiene una cama King con un walking closet y su propio baño.
El segundo dormitorio tiene una cama queen. Ambas habitaciones están equipadas con unidad de aire acondicionado inverter.
House viene con Futon para que dos personas adicionales duerman en la sala de estar.
House cuenta con una cocina completa, microondas, licuadora, cafetera, estufa, microondas, refrigerador de dos puertas y todos los utensilios (cuchillos, cucharas, tenedores), ollas, sartenes, etc.
Televisor Samsung de 40 pulgadas con Dish Network y HBO, Showtime Etc.

Camine 2 minutos a la playa de águila negra, club náutico, rampa para botes. Hay 3 restaurantes a poca distancia (naufragio, Copa llena, restaurante joes) y un pequeño bar, aperitivo llamado "El ancla" justo en la playa, a poca distancia de la propiedad.

El área de la playa de la rampa para botes de águila negra tiene alquiler de tablas de paddleboard, y tiene un área agradable para bucear debido a la reserva marina de Tres Palmas (muy hermosa) y ubicada justo en esa área.
A veces, el área tiene una pequeña área de surf dependiendo de la temporada para que los niños practiquen surf. El área de la rampa Black Eagle Boat es el área que los buzos Taino deben recoger para sus excursiones de buceo y parasailing. La playa cuenta con alquiler de tablas de paddle. El área también cuenta con establos de caballos cerca para un paseo por la playa. Zona muy tranquila y relajante.
Rincón es la mejor zona de playa de surf en Puerto Rico con muchas olas de surf, pero la actitud de la gente y la forma en que todo está relajado es la mejor calidad de Rincón.

The washing machine broke and could not find a repair person to fix it during our stay. The place could of used a coffee table and some bowls for mixing. It was quiet and peaceful. We would go back.

Clean, comfortable and located near some of the best beaches and snorkeling spots in the Caribbean. Walking distance to restaurants and bars and even more restaurants and beaches within a short drive. Our family enjoyed this location a lot and will be returning in the future.

Steps from the beach, restaurant and activities. included kayak, paddle board, boogie board, snorkel gear and more. House is very comfortable and very clean. Directly across from the pool. Beds were very comfortable and nice sheets and towels. Perfect vacation spot. Will be back!

My entire family stayed in VRBO properties for over 2 weeks. My husband and I and our daughter and son-in-law and their 4 year old stayed together at Puerto Bahia and loved it. The home was clean and neat and had everything we needed and more. It felt very comfortable. My grand daughter started calling it “home” from day one! The location was super convenient. I hope we can stay in the same place the next time we come back.

Absolutely enjoyed everything about our stay - Edgardo’s place is spacious, super clean, and had all that we needed (and more!) for our Rincón vacation. Centrally located in a quiet neighborhood and so close to everything. Stunning sunsets from Black Eagle Beach every night! Instructions were clear and our host was very responsive before & during our reservation. Highly recommend!!

We had a fantastic stay at Edgardo's house! The house was perfect for us - 2 adults & 2 kids. The location was awesome, so close to everything! We loved the pool, the neighborhood, the amenities, and Edgardo is a very friendly and welcoming host. We will definitely be back!

Very convenient 2 Bdr./2 Bath house with AC in the bedrooms, big fridge w/ice maker. Washer/Dryer did not work which were inconvenient but did not represent a big deal as we were there just 2 nights. It has very convenient sunny and shaded areas for you to choose were to have your meals outside enjoying the breeze. Condo pool is right across the street. Well priced for the amenities offered. You can book it with confidence.

We loved staying in this super clean home in a small gated community in a very quiet area near Rincon. It was wonderful having air conditioning in the bedrooms, and the beds were very comfortable. No air conditioning in the bathrooms or living room and kitchen areas, so we stayed in the bedrooms a lot of the time. There was a box fan in the dumpster when we 'checked in', but apparently it had 'checked out'. A pool is right across the street, and the beach is just a short walk out of the gate. Close to beaches. Had everything we needed plus a a few extra things. Beach chairs, kayak boogie board and surf board. I will recommend this property to my friends going to Puerto Rico.

I had a very good time at this Ensenada house. It is located at just one block from the beach, so it was extremely easy to go back and forth with no need of using the car. The area has great restaurants: I highly recommend Copa Llena for its food and great terrace overlooking the sea; Shipwreck has also very good food and a friendly atmosphere.; El Ancla is literary on the beach, is very casual and has good food (but they have erratic hours, open late for lunch and close early for dinner). There's a forth restaurant, Barramarina, and a juice bar, The Juice Box, that I did not have time to try. The house itself was immaculately clean and comfortable. It's well equipped and the owner was very expedient when I had to contact him (I did not have the code to the development gate). I highly recommend this place.

The cleaning horrible, especially hairs all over the place like inside the beds, floors, bathrooms, etc. the communication with the manager very bad, never answered my phone messages and my emails answered after 6 hours later. But the location and the development great. I will stay again but with the property clean.

The property location is the best, super convenient location in Rincon. Steps out the community gate away from shipwreck restaurant which I highly recommend to everyone for dinner, great food and service. Beach is also right there, but this specific location in front of the property is kinda rocky so I didn’t enjoy it much. House is located across the street from community pool and the kids enjoyed it very much. 10 minute walk to the center plaza of Rincon, be careful though barely any sidewalks. House was comfortable with stocked kitchen, satellite cable, WiFi, bedroom ac units, paddle board and cooler. Taking a shower was a bit annoying as water kept going under the shower curtains and wetting the whole bathroom floor. Suite bathroom door knob needs replacement, my kid got stuck in there and I had to open it from outside. If you do get stuck inside, push In and turn knob. Overall location excellent, property and amenities good. Cleaning lady not doing the greatest job but at least beds were clean. I would recommend on location alone, I hope owner can make some improvements to the property to make it even better.
