Mi esposo y yo disfrutamos muchísimo relajándonos junto a la piscina y peinando la playa a orillas del Atlántico. La sombra de las palmeras hizo un retiro encantador del sol del mediodía y la brisa del océano hizo del patio un refugio feliz todo el día. La habitación estaba limpia, reluciente, acogedora y cómoda. El tema navideño costero era bonito y discreto. Este lugar es un tesoro. Los otros huéspedes son amables y el ambiente es relajante y estimulante. Compartir una taza de café o reunirse en la playa y conversar sobre deliciosos lugares para comer (lo suficientemente cerca como para caminar a lo largo de Broadwalk o en el interior) con los vecinos o Cathy y su tripulación fueron excelentes maneras de disfrutar la comida local. Gran pescado por todas partes ... cenas que es !! Desde aquí en invierno, echamos de menos aplastar los pies en la arena mientras descansamos junto a la playa en las sillas bajas Oasis, las lavanderas siguen las olas que retroceden y flotan y observan los brillantes cielos azules o las lluvias tropicales y el arco iris.

Loved our stay in the Christmas room. Room was clean and as described. Large comfortable bed and pillows. The bathroom and shower are large and clean with plenty of hooks, shelves and drawer space. One inexpensive upgrade suggestion for the newly remodeled bathroom would be a hand wand shower head. certainly not a deal breaker, just a suggestion. There is a washer and dryer available if needed. We loved the pool and tiki hut areas and the little patio table and chairs for our own private use were really nice. It was also super nice that there were multiple beach chairs, an umbrella, a boogie board and noodles and a grill available for use. The walk to the broadwalk is half a block... perfect location. Most importantly, i felt very safe staying here and even walking the beach without my husband.. very family friendly beach. We hope that this rental is available for our next visit to Hollywood beach. We enjoyed our chats with Paul and my husband especially enjoyed tormenting him about being a Buckeye at heart. Paul and Cathy were both very kind and very accommodating from special check in request to the need to stay an extra night when our flight was canceled. Cathy said not to worry that our flight was canceled that the rental had not been booked for the next few days and that we wouldn't even have to worry about the extra nights expense. So nice to deal with kind understanding people. Thank you for making our 30th anniversary so relaxing.

Great location and overall was very nice. The place was not completely clean as the pillow cases were dirty as well as the drinking glasses. You have to flush the toilet several times. It's in serious need of an upgrade. Check-in was confusing as the instructions say you'll get a parking pass but instead it's a QR code. Host texted a link to the code except it was an incorrect link. It was very confusing. But other than that, we had a very nice stay.

Coming from Montana to start one of our rooms we never got the code so after multiple times to get a hold of the property manager, we finally got into one of the rooms. The two bedroom that we rented had no hot water the entire trip multiple conversations with the property manager come to find out they didn't even have hot water hooked up because the hot water heater was broken and they didn't want to tell us so I was there for my mothers funeral and couldn't take a hot shower for the fortnight said I was there I told her I was told that I would get reimbursed for those nights, and now I have no communication with her , I got an email stating that I would have a complementary stay which I am not interested in my entire week was ruined because of it. I am OK with things happening, but you knew that the hot water heater was not connected and you allowed my family and I to suffer. The maintenance of the building needs picked up. The pool is disgusting every single day because of all the trees around and there's little insects that bite you by the pool. The inside needs upgraded and the windows have dust. That's about an inch thick I'm so disappointed in this day I have stayed there multiple times over the last 15 years and I don't think I will ever return.

It was a trip from hell. I came down with food poisoning on the first full day of our birthday vacation and my fiancé had a bout with it the day after. Hers was severe enough that it landed her in the hospital the night before we were supposed to depart. We stayed there for a day and a half.
Cathy and Iris stayed in touch throughout and went above and beyond to help us during this trying time. They were gracious enough to let us stay at Oasis on short notice for a couple extra nights until our rescheduled flight.
We will forever be grateful for everything they were willing to do to make sure we were okay. Our hope is to come back and have a “redo” trip one day. I have been on several trips throughout my travels and have never met a host or team that cared like they do. It’s a reminder to me that there are still good people in the world doing good things for others. We will pay it forward.
Thank you Oasis team for everything you have done to help us get better and get back home safely. We appreciate you and wish you the best!

Steps from the beach! The Oasis name fits, especially for the wonderful and warm pool area. Close proximity to so many walkable spots. Charming - and as a small note, great cable TV.

The Oasis was perfect for what we wanted for our week at the beach. Very close to the beach and the pool was fantastic. Cathy, the property manager, was great to deal with as we changed our plans due to a snowstorm the day we were supposed to leave. The oasis had everything we needed from the comfortable room to beach chairs , towels, umbrellas, ect. Will definitely stay here for our next trip.

Everybody was very nice and I would definitely go back there again! I booked three different places to stay while visiting Florida because I like to switch it up and I don’t like to be stuck somewhere if I am not happy with it.My boyfriend and I both said we wish we stayed there the whole time! I’ll definitely go back!

The location of this house is literally steps from the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. You get the benefit of a nice quiet place to stay, yet you are only minutes away from restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend.

They waited 2 days before booking to tell us the pool was closed due to a part shortage (all other pools in FL were fine.) They refused to refund us. I had booked the place 2 months prior and the pool has been shut down for weeks! The city posted a board of health safety warning sign on the gate entrance. And a trash can was floating in the pool too. Our hot water and wifi didn't work the first night. A safe alarm kept going off and it took like 5 hours before they got someone there to fix it. I begged for a refund so we could go somewhere else through text since there are no staff there, only subcontractors. I work in ministry and saved a long time for this vacation that was the first I have had with my daughter who is going through a lot. It has been many years since I have been anywhere. We did our best to enjoy our time there (too windy to swim in ocean or do much. There were wind and riptide alerts every day and no pool to swim in.) Others guests were upset and felt scammed as well. I cried in the bathroom every night because this place was a disaster and I felt so scammed! They are supposed to be Christian owned place, so it is heartbreaking how they treated all of us. They lied and tricked us knowing for weeks about the pool. They have a small warning at the bottom of their add on VRBO that they later added about things could go wrong there and how there could be part shortages but how there are no refunds, yet don't say nothing about their pool being closed down!! They also mentioned to get travel insurance in a way of telling you it isn't their fault if anything is wrong with the place because they consider this bogus warning as a way to cover their behinds. This warning was not there when I booked 2 months prior. Travel insurance may cover this if you turn this place in as a scam...just maybe. Please avoid this awful place. The pictures look beautiful by they pool and that is why all of us chose this place, but the people running it don't care, aren't around and will just take your money without providing what they show in their add. I will never even return to Hollywood because of the horrible memory of this place.

The pool had a sign saying it was closed but some tenants moved the sign and used the pool anyways. We did not take a chance and did not use the pool. Then early Sunday morning the landscapers showed up to it the trees. They filled the pool up with dirt and pieces of the trees. Really on a long weekend no pool then landscapers!!! Then the backyard is packed with plastic storage sheds. Fix and clean the place up and schedule workers better.

The location of this house is literally steps from the beach. Staff is very friendly and accommodating. You get the benefit of a nice quiet place to stay, yet you are only minutes away from restaurants and the beach. I would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed for our 10 year wedding anniversary. We loved that it was so close to the beach. We walked down broadwalk and there was so many things to do! The room was perfect for just my husband and I!! I was a little worried about parking since it is first come first serve but we never had a hard time finding parking really close! Would definitely stay again!

When renting a beach vacation, one does not think of The Christmas Room. I am so happy that we took the chance! It was a great room and the property was fabulous! The room was clean and much bigger than it looked in the pictures. I have to say the pool was my favorite. The other guests were great.
