Beautiful Walk to track & downtown Saratoga Springs 4BR, 2Bath w/pool
Ubicada en una calle tranquila, nuestra encantadora casa histórica de 4 dormitorios y 2 baños se encuentra a solo 2 cuadras de la pista y a 3 cuadras del centro. La casa ha sido hermosamente renovada, bien equipada y ofrece 1 cama queen y 3 camas dobles, además de una cama doble y un colchón de aire doble, una cocina gourmet y todas las comodidades, como chimenea, piano y centro de entretenimiento, televisores y ventiladores de techo en cada habitación. Cable y conectividad inalámbrica. Nuestro porche trasero y patio trasero ofrecen un respiro hermoso y tranquilo con una piscina enterrada (abre a fines de mayo, si el clima lo permite; cierra a mediados de septiembre) y una gran terraza con parrilla Weber. Estacionamiento en la calle para 2 vehículos. Camine o monte en bicicleta a todo lo que Saratoga tiene para ofrecer.

We enjoyed our stay at this lovely home. It is exactly as the photos appear- spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, and comfortable. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. Our host was there to welcome us when we arrived. We hope to plan another get together here.

My family and I rented this house for a wedding we were attending in the area. It’s in a great location, in a quiet neighborhood. The house is beautiful and immaculately cleaned. We loved every room. Steve was very gracious and accommodating. We would definitely come back to this house.

We really enjoyed our home away from home while visiting family for the holidays. Stephen was a wonderful host. The house has everything you could need for your stay, plus some nice touches like the wonderful basket of treats. We loved the fact that there are 4 bedrooms so my adult children each had their own space. The bathrooms have both obviously be redone fairly recently and are pretty and functional. Spent lots of time cozied up in the living room with the gas fireplace on. 😊 Location is perfect for walking in to town, but also for the track when it’s open. Quiet residential neighborhood. Fenced in yard was great for our little dog. Highly recommend this property.

Beautiful home base for a Moms weekend in Saratoga Springs! Proximity to town, shops and restaurants was perfect. Lots to see and explore with fantastic restaurants. Will be back!

Steve's home was absolutely perfect . With 4 bedrooms and 2 fill baths there was ample room for 5 adults. He had a lovely welcome basket for us with a bottle of wine, snacks and of course Saratoga Spring Water. The pool was open but a bit cool to swim in mid -September . The grounds and the deck was tranquil gathering spot. The best part for us was the location . The wedding and activities were at the Saratoga Race Track which was a mere 5 minute trip. We truly enjoyed Saratoga , wish we had more time to explore . Thanks Steve for a fabulous accommodation.

Clean and neat. Comfortable for up to 8 people. Nice outdoor deck facilities in rear. Walkable to town, about 1/2 mile. Great amenities - condiments, tea, coffee, sugar, cooking oil etc. in kitchen. Great amenities in bath - shampoo, body wash, nice clean showers. Definitely worth a return.

Very nice home but has numerous maintenance & safety issues…all the door hinges squeaked very badly especially upstairs bath & some are loose causing door not to close …exit from downstairs bathroom is a hazard & safety issue especially for senior guests as we had two folks take a fall w/o injury due to unlevel flooring…back patio stair is against code & too high for seniors to negotiate …second floor bath drain is not working properly & forced us to use downstairs shower exclusively as we did not want any water issues…landlord was most cooperative in supplying. lawn chairs, cooler for use at track and overall experience was very good…we enjoyed the house & would recommend it though the above maintenance should be addressed for future guests convenience & safety

Our families really enjoyed a restful stay. Beautiful pool and backyard setting. Walking distance to the Saratoga track , hall of fame, restaurants and town for shopping. Fantastic and convenient location, accommodations, and host
Our group of 11 fit comfortably in Steve's home and felt so welcomed from the quick responsiveness to the great welcome basket left out for us. Kitchen inside and grilling area outside are fantastic for preparing large sharing meals and the backyard is phenomenal. Close enough to walk to Congress park, race track, Caroline street, and all types of fun--but sitting back at the pool was just as tempting.
We can't thank Steve enough for the hospitality.
