Moderna unidad de dos habitaciones ubicada al otro lado de la calzada de la fabulosa nueva Marina de Whangamata.
NOTA: Según la tradición de Kiwi bach, se espera que: Limpie la casa y lave los platos antes de irse, retire toda la basura de la propiedad para que quede como la encontró. Traiga su propia ropa (toallas / sábanas / paños de cocina);
A un corto paseo de Moana Point Reserve, a 10 minutos a pie de la ciudad o a 5 minutos en coche de la popular playa de surf.
La unidad cuenta con una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar que se abre a una zona de barbacoa vela de la cortina cubierto.
La unidad se completa con todas las necesidades, incluyendo
-nueva barbacoa con capucha
-nevera-congelador
sartén eléctrico
- microonda
- Placa caliente y pequeño horno de convección.
- Lavadora y tendedero pequeño de plancha y tabla de planchar.
- Tostadora, hervidor, platos y cubiertos.
- Puzzles y juegos de mesa.
Solo trae tu propia ropa de cama i. Sábanas e fundas de almohadas toallas alfombra de baño y toallita. El dormitorio principal tiene una cama tamaño queen y el segundo dormitorio tiene una cama individual y un juego de literas.
Estacionamiento para dos vehículos, lamentablemente no es adecuado para un remolque de barco.
Absolutamente no apto para fiestas.

We were looking forward to a much needed relaxing break after saving up for it all year, but unfortunately we weren't anticipating how noisey the road would be so unfortunately had to cut our holiday short due to this.

Little bach but nice and roomy. And very comfortable. All facilities required were there to make it homely. Close and easy walk to town and the beach. Although we were only there for a short time we felt like we had had a good restful break.

Perfect location for parkrun; you can see the start/ finish from the bedroom! Was quite cold on a chilly Whangamatā night with just one small electric heater for the whole property but other than that it had everything you needed and was clean and tidy. We don’t need wifi so not an issue for us but be aware if you need to stay connected and don’t have data.

We really enjoyed the stay and the comfy bed and good shower. It was handy to town and we had nice walks into the wharf. It had plenty of windows to keep the house cool which was great. Taking own linen and cleaning after was easy for us, it would be good if people before us put same effort in. We enjoyed sitting outside at the picnic table having a drink and snacks. A bit of traffic noise, but other than that we really enjoyed the bach and would stay again.

We had a lovely time! Lynda was wonderful, super easy to communicate with. What a fantastic property for a beach holiday! It was very clean and had everything we needed. Close to a main road, but very private. Near to the beautiful marina, and not far from the mountain bike track. We all had a great stay.

We thiroughly enjoyed our stay. Near to the beach and shopping area, but just outside the hustle and bustle. Comfortable holiday home with everything we needed. The children especially enjoyed the board games.

This place was perfect for our little stay, it's clean, tidy and super close to the little township. Although we only stayed the one night we would definitely stay again! Communication from the host was also great! :)

Modern, Clean tidy and quite spacious. Well appointed once one finds the place as there is no numbering or identification to help. Almost like a hideaway in plain sight. (perhaps the owners want it kept their little secret)

Harry the dog enjoyed the marina and beach walks all in walking distance. and the 2 Op shops were a hit as well.

This property made a great base to spend time out & about exploring local walks, different beaches with the dog, markets etc.
The property was cosy & comfortable & was exactly as advertised by the owner in their listing & photos.
Hopefully all future guests continue to look after the property & maintain the high cleaning standard (self cleaning by guests required), so the owner continues to offer a good value property, when so many alternate places add such large additional cleaning fees etc that short stays become unfeasible.
Much appreciated dogs being welcome.

I would suggest your own pillow for comfort.
Its a bunkhouse set with op shop kind of furniture The double bed was ok but a but tired.
There was plenty of hot water and there is a tv.
No wifi though
If you have dogs as i did be aware of rat traps set around the property just to be careful
I imagine if you are a group of young adults or a family with kids it would be an economical stay.
The owner was friendly and accomodating and helped me quickly when i couldnt figure out the bizarre numbering on the letterboxes Look for a blue cabin structure below a big blue house that has the same look.
