Tenemos licencia de alquiler a corto plazo con la Ciudad de Anaheim (Lic. # REG2014-00150) Esta encantadora casa unifamiliar está a menos de 1 milla de Disneyland o 15-20 minutos dependiendo de cómo camines. Nuestra casa está en el lote enorme con el vecindario muy agradable; Está cerca y conveniente para todo. Con la remodelación completa de la casa, se sentirá cálido y bienvenido en esta encantadora casa. La sala de estar tiene un televisor directo para que disfrutes en familia. La cocina es totalmente funcional y está bien equipada para prepararse para servir. Nuestro comedor está conectado directamente con la sala de estar donde su familia puede disfrutar de una cena familiar.
El dormitorio principal tiene un hermoso rey con una cama doble y un armario con vestidor. Las otras 3 habitaciones tienen camas queen y dos camas individuales para que otros miembros de la familia se mantengan juntas.
Afuera tendrá el enorme patio cubierto donde podrá ver los fuegos artificiales de Disneyland durante la noche. Paseando por el patio, está entrando en la bonita casa de juegos donde está llena de mesa de billar, mesa de hockey de aire y mesa de futbolín, la sala tiene tragaluz para relajarse, divertirse y disfrutar de los juegos con miembros de la familia a todas las edades.
También tenemos la sala de lavandería disponible y toda la casa cuenta con Wi-Fi listo para que disfrutes mientras estás de vacaciones. Para el bebé, tenemos cochecito, trona y cuna. Esperamos que nuestra casa le brinde todo lo que hace que sus vacaciones sean mágicas e inolvidables.

Spacious home that worked great for us. Close to Disney but not quite walking distance in my opinion. Everything was well kept and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend if you are going to be with family or a group and don’t want to all get separate hotel rooms.

It was very easy to get to Disneyland and was close to shopping and restaurants. Really liked that parking was behind a locked fence. Owner, Tony, was very friendly and personable. We had everything we needed for our stay.

Size was perfect for our group of 7 adults with two baby’s. 3 bathrooms was a big plus. Owner was great. We had first planned this trip to Disney when COVID hit and we had booked this property and had to cancel and owner was so cooperative. I was sure to choose his place when we rebooked. Neighborhood is nice and quiet. Place was nice and clean other than I thought the floors could have been a little cleaner.

Great location could walk to Disneyland . Grocery store close . This house has lots of sleeping areas which worked well for our family. Nice safe parking. No outdoor furniture. The house could use a deep cleaning.

We had a great stay! This house is nice and large for our group. We felt comfortable and safe, and were happy with our choice to stay here.
A few little things: one of the rooms had extremely hard beds. Had we had more time we would have purchased an egg crate topper for them. The floors, walls, vents and baseboards could use cleaning perhaps he cleans these on a rotation and we came at the end of rotation. There is no coffee pot only a “keurig” style one. Nor is there a kettle. Both of these are shown in the kitchen photo but are not in the kitchen. You can see Disney fireworks from the back yard but barely. These are all things we noticed but none were deal breakers we had a wonderful stay. Tony is a wonderful host. We won’t forget him and his kindness and recommendations for the area.
We recommend this house if you are looking for a VRBO near Disneyland.

We couldn’t have asked for a better property to stay at for our Disneyland Vacation. The location is close to the park. We drove into the Toy Story parking lot everyday and it’s a strait shot, less than 10 minutes from leaving the house to getting out of the car. The property was clean and well maintained. We were a group of 6 adults and two young kids and there was room for everyone. The kids enjoyed getting to play on the large outside patio in the mornings, and there was space to park cars behind a gate which was really appreciated. We definitely will be staying at the property again for our next group Disney vacation.

We were a party of 8 (3 children, 5 adults) staying for a Disneyland vacation. House is one level which is great for kids, there was plenty of space, including 3 full bathrooms (a HUGE plus) and comfortable beds. Television was difficult to figure out how to turn on (despite 3 adults who are tech savvy) and owner had to come show us. Owner very responsive by the way and easy to communicate with. Kitchen sufficient for cooking simple meals. Plenty of towels. There is a definite need for more blankets. Each bed had one thin bedspread, and no other coverings available. This would be a simple thing to add to the house. Very nice, safe neighborhood. Also, and this is certainly not a criticism, but just be aware that the house is NOT walkable to Disney, especially if you are with children and the summer heat is high. A fit adult walking briskly can do it in 40 minutes each way from the house to the entrance to the park (we are all fit and tried this one morning without the children). It is however an easy drive, about 10 minutes at most. Parking is $30 per day at Disney, and you can come and go. Uber rides were under $10 each way. All in all a great stay.

This is a great place to stay, especially if you are planning on visiting Disneyland. The home was as advertised, very clean, and in a good neighborhood. We had a group of 9 and felt comfortable with the amount of space available to us. We will definitely stay again.

Perfect place to stay if you want a super clean home and oh so very close to Disneyland ! We were a group of 7 (6 adults and a 7 year old) and we had plenty of room to rest and relax each day while visiting the park for 3 consecutive days. We parked each day at the Mickey and Friends garage which was a little less that 10 minutes away....being so close we also came out of the park each afternoon for a 2-3 hour "break" because it was so close and convenient. Tony was very easy to work with and we would stay here again in a heartbeat! If it is available just go ahead and book it....you won't regret it!!
