Really friendly lady willing to help anytime.
Dark street and very hard to find in the evening. Broken room door. Urgent renovation of the room. Really bad smell in the room and window impossible to open. Broken toilet impossible to use. Went to other hotel for first time in my life. At the end dont expect something special for 65 eur in Paris. But still best not to book it...

I like the courtesy os the host as she wake up after 12AM and opened the door. The room was big, the wasroom was clean and nice. The house was quite as well.
The room had Air condition but that was off and there was no switch. It was terribly warm in the room when I was visiting and I was expecting a table fan at-least. I could not sleep the entire night. Also the pillow was so thin that can barely make you comfy.

Situated in the leafy suburbs within walking distance of the train station, this is ideal accommodation for those looking for a cheaper and quieter option than staying in central Paris. The family was lovely and gave me a warm welcome when I arrived. The en-suite room was clean and spacious.

Lovely host well looked after and good check in times. 10 minute walk from train station and 20 minutes into central Paris
The area isn’t the best.
The cockerel 🐔 as soon as the sun come up! Lost a point for him!

The host is very warm and nice, offered us tea and water :)
The room had very bad smell maybe from the sink or drain.
The bed and pillows were very uncomfortable.
Mosquitos.
Location is hard to find. The region is not so nice, and need to walk 16-18min to the RAR station with suitcases.
Bathroom narrow sink and when taking shower get it got wet everywhere. Not easy to use the toilet.

We missed the flight so have to book it for a shot time overnight sleep so as to catch next early morning train instead. It was quite spontaneous. Sadly we barely slept all night as the reasons listed above.
