Clean, friendly staff, nice facility.. Handicap room with low tub was perfect! Has a seat in the tub.

Glass in handicap bathroom rolling door. If at night someone turns on light to use bathroom then everyone is awake.

Extremely friendly staff, clean all over, really spacious and nice layout in the room for our family of 4 with large trundle bed couch from West Elm and a slightly closed off office desk area. And a huge walk-in closet. A very small pool, but nice work out room, and family games in front lobby. Above average comp. breakfast. Overall, we would HIGHLY recommend this hotel.

Pool was small and cold, but clean and fun, nonetheless.

The property was well maintained and exceptionally clean.

Good location, big rooms

They ran out of coffee (but just an empty carafe) the first day and out of orange juice the second day. But great planning for a place that offers breakfast.

It’s terrible experience in this hotel

The staff’s manner is terrible . The old lady in front desk told us the we didn’t request to clean the room so it is not guaranteed room cleaning every day.It’s first time I heard about the housekeeping like this hotel Actually our room didn’t be clean for three days

Location is good , but breakfast has very limited option can be more filling if Vegan or veg items are included

The room was very spacious and had a nice layout. The beds were comfortable. Breakfast was AMAZING a lot of options and very tasty food. I especially loved the waffles with fresh blueberries and strawberries on top. It was not noisy like most people complained about. Definitely one of the nicest hotels ive found for a good price.

The ac as usual blew directly on the window side of the bed and made that one spot very cold in order to keep the rest of the room cool. The tv was in a strange spot, you could pull it out and turn it but then from the second bed you couldn't see a quarter of it.

No air conditioning in the room. Complained to the front desk but there was no other room to put us in. Complained upon leaving the next morning and told the hotel could do nothing about it since it was a 3rd party reservation. Have contacted Booking.com and told the hotel had to do any adjustment. Contacted the hotel by email and phone. Consequently, in a month nothing has been done. Never using booking.com again.
