Good location and good value.

The bathroom door didn't close all the way. The refrigerator made a loud humming noise. You could hear the TV from the next room as if it was in our room, and it was left on all night. There were gaps around the door and the traffic was loud. It felt a little dingy; the walls needed new paint. The breakfast was not great.

The rooms are not clean, they have a weird smell, garbage in the carpet , shower amenities were dirty , also curtains were dirty with a blood stain and the locks on the doors do not work properly from inside. The price is cheaper than most hotels but really not a huge difference. I won’t stay there again

Spider in bathroom

I have stayed here before and never had issues. Unfortunately, not this time. I booked the King suite for our 4 night stay because of a wedding. When entering the room, we immediately smelled a very heavy smoke smell. Since I have asthma and we were attending a wedding, we wanted another room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with hairs still in the shower. They did not have other suites available, so we ended up in a room with a king bed. Room itself was okay, not the cleanest with dust on the nightstand and desk. Upstair neighbors were extremely loud at 2am. The bed was comfortable, though. As I paid for a suite, I asked for a discount since we ended up in a cheaper, smaller room. The lady at the front desk said the manager would contact me, but haven't heard yet. Going to dispute the charge with my credit company if I don't hear back by the end of this week. It's a shame, as my previous experiences were great.
