"Brasilia 5A" Este apartamento esta situado en un quinto piso, dispone de ascensor. Esta justo a unos pasos de la playa de Repic del Puerto de Sóller. Desde el espacioso salón comedor, con un confortable sofá, TV(Smart TV/ Video, WIFI, CD-Stereo y cocina abierta se disfruta de las fantásticas vistas parciales al Puerto y al faro. La propiedad ofrece, dos habitaciones con cama doble y dos individuales, un baño, con bañera, lavabo y wc. La cocina esta bien equipada, con microondas, máquina de café, tostadora, nevera/congelador, vitrocerámica y lavadora. Desde el comedor y desde una de las habitaciones hay acceso a la terraza la cual tiene vistas a las montañas y soleada incluso en invierno. No es necesario tener vehículo ya que la parada del tranvía esta solo a unos metros. Hay varios restaurantes y bares solo al cruzar la carretera de delante de la propiedad.

The place was unfortunately very old and not well kept at all (except the bathroom which seemed like it recently went through a remodel). The pictures did not represent the place well, in fact they were very well taken since they hid all the apartment's flaws. The worst part were the mattresses, pillows and bed/bath linens. They felt like 100 years old. Incredibly uncomfortable and very worn away. Most towels were dirty. The only reason why I didn't give it one star is because the people from the management company were very nice, understanding and apologetic.

Good location, nice living room with with amazing view of the gulf.

Great apartment in such a central location for the beach, bars, restaurants, supermarket and of course the tram! Suited our family of 4 (2 adults & 2 kids, 11 and 16) perfectly as we were only on a short break (4 nights). Booking and arrival process very straightforward (clear directions and photos were a big help) and Maria and others were very friendly. Wifi worked instantly and really handy that beach towels and essentials (loo roll, washing up liquid) were all provided. We love this part of Mallorca and this spacious apartment I would highly recommend!

Perfect Location
This property was as described.
Good open-plan living area and decent sized bedrooms. The bathroom was modern and the whole apartment was immaculately clean.
Very well equipped and the location was perfect!
Would benefit from air conditioning although I appreciate this isn’t always possible.
Would definitely recommend.

super Lage
Die Lage und Aussicht von der Wohnung sind super. Die Küche, Geschirr ist etwas spartanisch eingerichtet, die Wäsche hat etwas gemufft (nur bei 30°C gewaschen?). Super Lage direkt an Promenade, Strand. Im Haus viele einzelne Wohnungen von Privaten (in der Wohnung drunter wurde gebaut bis abends spät)

God lejlighed med fin beliggenhed
God og rummelig lejlighed - lejligheden har noget slidt og noget at køkkenudstyret ligeså, men der mangler intet. Rigtig god beliggenhed - stille og rolig og tæt på strand, parkering og spisesteder.

Great location and great views over the port
The view from the apartment is much better than I had been expecting, being an almost full panorama of the port apart from one building in the way. No air-con, but we got a decent breeze with the windows open - it is on the 5th floor. There is a sofa-bed in the lounge which we ended up sleeping on, as it was much cooler than in the bedroom. Overall we were pleased with our stay.

Disappointing apartment
The apartment was very disappointing due to a number of problems with it and I had to spend a chunk of my holiday liaising with the agency. These included; the kettle not working, a faulty freezer door which intermittently would not open, a broken front door handle, poor WiFi, Satellite TV not wired properly, poor ventilation in the bathroom, windows which did not lock in bathroom and a new dress which was damaged by a splinter of wood sticking out in the wardrobe. Not good value for money at all. Although the owner did compensate for the ruined dress he has ignored my request for a small refund on the rental due to the numerous problems in the apartment.
