I'll start with the good: This home has plenty of living space and a yard. It was easy to access and had parking. It did NOT, however, have a hot tub even though this was listed in the "popular amenities" list on the property listing. Apparently, this was a "mistake". It is also not close enough to walk to Disney and would be a trek even to the convention center. The home itself was not overly clean, the beds were terrible, and the master bathroom has a mirror that is waist high.

The rental was right down the road from disney, and Was very easily accessible! We felt comfortable in the house, although the master bed mattress was a little rough, the rest was great!

Wonderful stay. Bathrooms had and shampoo, we brought it own but it was a lovely touch. Plentiful pillows and blankets. Complimentary food such as cereal and coffee were wonderful to have! Walking distance to Disney. Will use in future as well as other guests with us will return. Check in and out was easy

Our first Disney trip
There was plenty of room for my whole family. The only thing that was a pain was the shower head. It kept falling while showering. Other than that we enjoyed our stay.

Best spot in Anaheim!
Everything you need, this property has it. Fully stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries, garage, basketball court, plenty of space for my family of 8 all at a very good price. Already planning my next Disneyland trip for next year and I will most likely stay here if it’s available. Thank you Mr. CB.

Beautiful Home
1st time using a home rental for vacation. It was beyond what we expected, loved the vibe of the home. All the amenities were beyond what we expected! We got to grill in the beautiful backyard 3 times and the kids got to play basketball. The location was great to everything we wanted to do, beaches, Disneyland and Universal was not a long drive. LOVED LOVED our stay! Great family memories at this beautiful home!

Perfect size for our trip.. 7 adults and 2 children. House was clean and had what we needed.

The location was amazing! Right next to Disneyland Parks.
Reservation, payment, check in and check out were all a breeze and instructions were clearly given! Property itself was nice but in need of a little TLC with the paint and some hardware. The couches could use replacing as they were stained and older. The laundry and water heater could also use hiding behind closet doors. Neither TV seemed to get channels and no access to streaming services.
We are not a very picky group so these things didn’t hamper our fun. We were really happy to just visit in the large kitchen area and have Disneyland so close by.
There is also a large park just down the street for exercise or the kids to play!

Not quite what we expected
In the photos the property appeared to be clean and bright, but actually it was quite old and dingy. It didn't seem like the floors were cleaned prior to our arrival. Although it was close to Disney, the actual neighborhood wasn't that great and the street was noisy. The beds were HORRIBLE! It was hurting my wife's back after the first night and we ended up checking out early.

The whole keyless entry was awesome...we had a garage we could park in if we wanted...it was VERY spacious...I have a 10 month old who is walking and a 2 year old...my 2 year old LOVED the backyard with the chalk and basketball goal...my son and husband played basketball together...we cooked in the kitchen together...it was amazing...it was clean...everything you needed was right in the vicinity...can’t wait to come back...would definitely rent from this manager again...

We spent our Christmas week here to take my family to Disneyland. This house was amazing. It had so much room, and was super clean. We had a plumbing issue in Christmas eve. The owner did a great job of trying to repair it even on Christmas. It was fixed next day. There was 8 of us and we had plenty of room.

We had a little trouble with the internet being slow. I called the owner and the internet was up and fast again in < 10 minutes.

Close to Disneyland, Very well-stocked home, comfortable
We stayed at this home for 5 nights--four elderly adults who were in town to attend a relative's 100th birthday party. Home was clean, extremely well stocked with linens, paper goods, and kitchen articles, including a crock pot which we rarely see in VRBO's. We did have issues with the washing machine, which did not work when we arrived; also a refrigerator door and a towel rack. However, the owner lives nearby and was available immediately to come by and fix, or schedule fixing, what needed taken care of. Owner provides coffee, cereal, light lunch/dinner entrees which was appreciated. A large dining room table easily fits 6 to 7 persons. A lot of room in this house for people to spread out. Attractive back yard, but front yard is along a busy residential street. Bathrooms both had showers. The home has been remodeled, but some of the updates are Home-owner/Handyman quality. Beds were not as comfortable as ours at home. We noticed a smell in the living room the last few days and reported it to the homeowner. Not sure what it was, but kept sliding door open. All-in-all, this was an average to better-than-average VRBO home.
PROS: Close to Disneyland (but a little too far for us to walk)

A spacious and Clean House
The house is conveniently located close to Disney land, Anaheim convention center and so many restaurants and grocery stores.
Although the house is a little bit old, it is very clean and everything worked fine in the house. The host was so quick in responding to our questions and requests.
I definitely recommend this house to a group of friends or families with children.

Great place for kids . Minutes from Disney Land , Walmart ,and great good. This home has a lot of space ‘ extra towels ‘ blankets ‘ and more . I love this home 5 Stars

Adequate for our needs - but some issues
We stayed at this property for two weeks, using it as our base for Disney and other attractions in Southern California. We are from the UK and have previously used Home and Away on a number of occasions whilst staying in the USA. The house itself was more than big enough for our family of 4 and could easily have accommodated up to 8 people. The house itself is a bit outdated in terms of decor and furnishings - and whilst appliances (cooker, washing machine, TV, fridge etc are all modern and up to date) - many of the crockery, utensils etc are outdated, chipped and worn. I was disappointed by its upkeep in areas, the house itself was not very clean when we arrived - it felt like it had not been cleaned in a while and there was dust everywhere. We had to wash all utensils, saucepans etc before using as they were not very clean. In general I felt the house was a bit grimey.
The upkeep of the house was poor with a lot of broken/cracked floor/wall tiles patched up with grouting or sealant, slapdash paintwork, holes in window screens and ceiling tiles. The plumbing in the bathroom was also a bit dodgy (which suggests why a plunger was left by the toilet). The beds were Ok.
The owner was quick to respond to any requests and provided useful information before check in. You might want to consider a more detailed welcome pack - perhaps detailing nearest supermarkets, restaurants etc.
The property is near to Disney - but certainly not walking distance - top tip - we used Uber to get us from the property into Disney - far cheaper than the Disney carparks and quicker to get in and out of the park.
We appreciated the supplies that were provided, although might be worth checking some of the dates on them - the spices in the spice rack looked like they had seen better days. We were disappointed to find that there was no beach towels/beach items in the property, this is a shame, especially as the beach is not that far away.
It was great to have Netflix/Amazon etc - the TV was over the air - this did limit TV channel choices - with most of the available channels being in either Japanese/Korean or Vietnamese.
There was plenty of parking either out front or in the garage/yard. We preferred to park out the front, as it didn't feel very safe out the back. Burnt out cars etc.
Overall I have given 3 out of 5 for this property. Obviously each to their own - but for the price, I would have expected a better state of maintenance and cleanliness.

Cute and comfortable
The house had a perfect layout for our group, was very comfortable. We appreciated the stocked kitchen and bathroom cabinets! Loved the open kitchen and huge dining table. The owner was very accommodating and easy to work with. The location is on the outskirts of what I would call the Disney touristy area and it is convenient. Some of the surrounding neighborhoods seem to be in transition, and this was not a big deal because we spent most of our time at the attractions and enjoyed having a comfortable, roomy home to come back to at the end of the day.

Although this property is close to Disney, it is certainly not within walking distance. It was easy to get to and from the parking lot, and we did the leave-and-go-back-later thing and didn't find it to be a big deal at all. At first, the house seemed to be on a fairly busy street...but then I realized, this is LA. Truthfully, the road is quiet, and while I wouldn't let my kids play in the front yard, the backyard is perfect with a great area for basketball. The kids bathroom is large and the master bath, while small, is totally sufficient. Everything was clean...if not a slightly overpowering bleach smell that we aired out the first couple of hours...but that's better than the alternative! Beds were all super comfortable (and I'm pretty picky about that). I would stay here again.
