This was our first time in pigeon forge. The cabin was just as described ! Great location and close to all attractions. The host was very fast on responding to any questions or concerns we had. My favorite part was all the amenities offered in the cabin. Our group loved the Pac-Man, hot tub, and starlight ceiling in the 2nd floor bedroom. Something I found very helpful was all the directions posted along the walls to use the tvs, projectors, etc. Also the light switches being labeled was a great idea! This is a great cabin and you won’t regret your stay here !

Kids kept saying "best cabin ever" , loved the pool and they were always in a hurry to get back when we went out. Kids also loved the theater room. The adults liked that everything was labled so things were easy to find and the cabin was well stocked with all we needed. It was the best that we have ever stayed and the owner was great to deal with. All Good.

This cabin is not only very roomy and spacious, but only 5 minutes from the main strip near the big Farris wheel. The view from you cabin is very impressive as well. The owners of this particular cabin went and continue to go way beyond the criteria and protocol to make sure their quests enjoy their stay in a unit that I feel is in a class of its own compared to all others.. I’m not one to ever leave a comment or review weather it is good or bad, however after our stay at this cabin, I could not go without letting the owners, staff, housekeepers, and anyone interested in staying in this unit, our hats are off and we want to thank all of you that have hands on this unit, your exceeded our expectations 100% and as for future quests, trust me you will NOT REGRET your choice with this one.

The reason we chose this particular cabin was for the indoor pool. My granddaughter was so excited about the prospect of swimming. However, the pool temperature was too cool and therefore unusable. I read all the reasons for keeping the pool temperature in the mid-80 range. I didn't have anything to check the temperature, but as I said, it was too cool to use. You might want your pool crew to check it out. The cabin was clean, beautifully decorated for Christmas, conveniently located, and had a nice game room.

We came for our family Holidays vaca and our sons 16th birthday. It was amazing. Something for everyone. Plenty of movies and games and swimming or jacazz. Listing was thorough and accurate. Well worth the trip. Was not secluded but in a nice area with other cabins. And so close to all amenities. They thought of the small items. Shampoo and soaps. Coffee. Very comfortable stay. Was not disappointed.

We were looking for a place to getaway for the first time as a new family of five (Kids: 3 wks, 3 yrs and 6 yrs). This house was the perfect way to get away for a bit with plenty to do in the cabin itself! Our oldest kids loved the pool, hot tub and the games in the house. The house was clean and surprisingly decorated up for Christmas and it was so nice after a long drive to get settled. We stayed for a long weekend. The house is close to town to get to activities, but far away enough to not have a lot of traffic near the house itself. Erin was super responsive to questions and helpful! The interactive guide helped plan some activities in the area! Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again! Well worth it!

It was a totally amazing time. Upon our arrival a bear cub was almost escorting our vehicle as he searched for food from cabin to cabin. Our neighbors to be had set a bag of trash next to the bear safe trash bin and he was a very happy cub. The excitement continued as we went inside. Large and beautiful woodwork. The pictures with their information was really nice. We enjoyed the game room and theater. It really brought us together especially when we settled in for a movie. The indoor pool was a blast for our granddaughter. I can't count how many times she got in the pool. The hot tub was very nice and warm and was a perfect touch. It was nice to set on the porches of each level. Everything was very spacious. It was an awesome stay here and we hope to stay again. Almost a week later from checking out we are all still talking about our wonderful time. I was really impressed how Erin communicated with us and made herself available throughout our arrival, stay and check out.

Property was very clean! Kitchen was stocked with anything you could need and plenty if towels available. Photos are accurate. 10 minutes to get to Dollywood and attractions. Owner has excellent communication and the instructions for tv, pool, hot tub operation is clear and detailed. If I had to pick one area of improvement, some better pillows or extra pillows for sleeping would be good, as current ones are flat. Thanks for a great stay!!

Our stay was AMAZING! The cabin was spotless and had everything you need. My husband I stayed on the first floor and our three teenagers were in heaven being on the bottom levels. They enjoyed the pool and hot tub every night! Constant entertainment for them. The owner Erin couldn’t have been more helpful, at any moment. She was always quick to answer and questions and resolve any minor issues. This cabin is a perfect location. Very short drive to the island, Dollywood, restaurants and Gatlinburg! We will be staying again in the future. If it were up to my boys, we would have never left! There is a reason why this cabin/owner has a five star rating. You will love every minute of this experience. Thank you Erin for helping us create some amazing memories!

The check in process was seamless, the host, Erin and her husband were very responsive with communication. The cabin amenities were amazing and all very clean. Our family enjoyed the pool and game/theater room for the majority of the stay. All electronics had guides which made it very easy to know how to work and use all of them. We were very impressed with how well our stay went and we will definitely be back to stay again!
