Property was very clean and a convenient short walk to the beach. It was in walking distance to restaurants, grocery, and shopping. Property amenities were modern. Plenty of room and absolutely loved the decor. It was quiet and comfortable. The remotes to the tvs were difficult to use but that was minor. I did have an issue with the ac unit but maintenance responded immediately. My only complaint would be the very tight parking in the complex is not suitable for larger vehicles, SUVs and vans at all. I would definitely stay again.

Our stay was amazing. The home was lovely. We had an amazing trip and can’t wait to come back! The hosts were amazing as well! The beautiful home and the the beautiful surrounding area-I have nothing but positive things to say. Walk to the beach, get pizza or even a key lime pie! We had the best time and can’t wait to return!

This condo is in a great location, very close to everything. Would stay here again if we travel to Virginia Beach.

The rooms were spacious and the air conditioning was able to be well controlled. We have no complaints other than the sink in the bathroom seemed to drain very slowly. The only thing that was a semi unpleasant to discover was the physical layout of the condo in relationship to the commercial buildings around it. Its short and therefore cannot overlook other buildings and because of the horseshoe shape, views from the living room are the parking lot and other condos and views from the otherside are the parking garage across the street. This is not a complaint. Being from out of town, we didn't know what what to expect when not renting beach front. It didn't take away from our experience and i would certainly stay here again. But if your the type of traveler that is looking for views from the room or to sit out on a balcony, this is not your place. The beach is literally a 2 minute walk and its in the heart of everything. And its a beautiful lively section if the beach its closest to. So if your willing to do without the views direct from the room, you will spend half the amount of money for all the same comforts and distance to entertainment, and that is the best bang for your buck.

Great location, great property!

One of the nicest vacation rentals I have stayed in! Great updates and location! My family loved it! We will stay there again! Highly recommend this place for small families!

We went with our two teenagers and had a good time. The place was walking distance from everything so it made it easy for our boys to walk around as they pleased. The place was clean and had a good space for all of us.

Property is everything as stated. Kitchen is well equipped and is nicely furnished. Beds were okay, we brought our own pillows and glad we did. Short walk to the beach and close to all of the shops. Only disappointment was the cleanliness of the unit. It is a very nice unit but was definitely not cleaned well prior to our arrival. Floors were filthy (I had to wipe up some water I spilled after unloading our cooler into the fridge and when I did so my rag actually turned black), evidence they haven’t been cleaned in a while and the bathroom rug was wet, filthy and disgusting. We rolled it up and put it aside while there. Just a tip, there is no coin machine for the laundry if your planning to use it while there and I was told that the dryers do not work well at all. Ended up carrying all of our dirty laundry home with us. Overall, It is a decent place to stay for a short trip. Just needs a good cleaning.

Enjoyed our stay. Loved the distance to the bwach, the horseshoe shape of the condo complex was a little odd but not a big deal. The room was identical to pictures. Spacious, clean and well cooled. All the appliances worked and we had no issues with noise or neighbors. Only things was the wifi didnt work and the bathroom sink drained water very slowly. Besides that, this was a fantastic unit in walking distance of so many attractions and top recommended restaurants. Would certainly recommend!
