We love this property. 4 people in our group this time, 6 on the last visit. All but one in our group are 80 yrs old. The walk in shower in the main floor bath is large and has grab bars. The other bedrooms/baths are downstairs and have tub/showers. Family in that room said they were slightly difficult to access due to their age. The mattresses are very comfortable. Downstairs door access is very helpful for loading/unloading cars for downstairs bedrooms. The kitchen is large and is fully stocked. The couple of times I had questions, Sabrina responded quickly with answers. Oh, and by the way, this house and the views are beautiful!!! We highly recommend this property.

A group of us have been coming to Gatlinburg to attend weeklong workshops at Arrowmont School of Arts and Crafts for the past few years. We have stayed in several vacation homes and by far this was the best.
The views from the screened-in porch overlooking downtown and the mountains was amazing. The house is very spacious and comfortable. We loved that the bedrooms have their own bathrooms and beds were comfortable. The kitchen is fully stocked which was really appreciated since we cooked every night.
Check in was easy and Sabrina was very quick to respond to questions.
We highly recommend this place and we will definitely stay here again the next time we are back in Gatlinburg.

We will definitely stay here again! The views of the fireworks at the space needle were directly in front of us. The driveway is definitely not trailer friendly as someone else mentioned, but we made it work. We didn’t see any bear during our stay but we had one visit the grill we used the night before! Very nicely decorated and well furnished. You will not regret staying at the Grandview!

This house was as described, however the description didn't do it justice! This house was just AMAZING and what we needed and wanted. It's close to activities and has the best view. We will be renting again when we come back.

Very clean property. Beautiful views of the mountains and the city! Plenty of space for the 2 babies to crawl around. The screened in porch was perfect and made for some fun late night board games. Owner is very responsive and kind! 5 stars!! ⭐️

We absolutely loved this property! From the recliners to the porch furniture, everything was so comfortable and perfect! The spacious screened-in deck overlooking Gatlinburg was amazing! We definitely want to return as soon as possible! Our host was so kind and helpful, as well!

5 great days in a home loaded with all the amenities that you need. Tons of space with multiple bedrooms, baths, gathering areas and a HUGE kitchen.There is an area for everyone to do anything: read, watch TV, play cards or send the kids downstairs. Main floor is handicap accessible with a ramp from the driveway (great for carrying groceries), large doorways to the bedroom & bathroom area with grab bars in the shower area (there may have been a slight step into the shower). The other bedrooms, baths and common area are on the lower level & has a large stairway which makes it easy to navigate. Note: use the lower floor outside door to unload your suitcases & other necessities to that area. While the view from the living room & porch during the day is wonderful, the view of Gatlinburg at night is SPECTACULAR. We were disappointed that we didn’t have snow while we were there, but enjoyed using the fireplace each morning & night. Another plus was the covered parking area and easy driveway around the outside of the house. There are curving roads (use the Gatlinburg Bypass for the easiest drive in) & a bit steep driveway common to a true mountain place. Nothing to deter you from selecting this home though. Important to note that the GPS doesn't always work in the mts which we were reminded of on our trip to Cherokee. We call it adding to our adventure. Our host was kind & quick to respond to questions. Pictures on site are exact. I definitely recommend to everyone!

We loved this house. There was plenty of room for our party (5 adults), and there was even room for a few more. The living room/dining room/kitchen area was great for gathering. And the deck was a perfect spot for watching the sunrise.

Such a great rental! Space is clean, bright and well stocked. The best is the view and deck! So much room and beautiful view! Location is really great too!! The host is outstanding at communicating and making sure all our needs were met. Just an absolutely wonderful experience from host to accommodations. A perfect 10!

Just as the name implies, as moment you open the door the incredible view of the mountains greets you. The house is also amazing- large open floor plan on the upper level, additional bedrooms with full baths on the lower level. All bed rooms had walk in closets and supplied hangers. There is also a laundry room which we didn’t use but may come in handy for others. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes, drink ware, silverware, cooking utensils and even spices for cooking. Our host, Sabrina, responded immediately to any questions and was very accommodating. The house is well furnished and nicely decorated, however the star of the show is the deck - we spent many hours out there!!

This house was perfect....we stayed 5 nights this month (September 2023) with two other couples. I personally booked the house and we were all thrilled that the place was exactly like the photos.
The view was spectacular -- I loved the night view with all the lights below in Gatlinburg. The kitchen was well stocked with "anything" we needed and more! Actually, the house had everything we might need (extra blankets, pillows, washer and dryer, etc.) The furniture and beds were very comfortable as was the seating on the screened-in deck.
The location was just as described and worked well for us. I would definitely stay here again if I return to the area.
I must mention that Sabrina was a pleasure to work with when making the reservation and with subsequent communciations! Thank you, Sabrina!

We had a truly wonderful stay! I was traveling with my husband, 2-year-old daughter and my parents. I asked Sabrina if they had a crib (it would have been painful to take a pack-and-play with us on a flight) and she actually purchased a brand-new one for us!
Overall the house is in a great location with stunning views of the area. Everything was clean and well thought-out, I can’t recommend it enough!

We were three generations. The Grandview was perfect. We had lots of rain but stayed busy. The large porch was a hit. We spent most of our time out there. We traveled around seeing the sights and looking for bears and saw none. THEN when we went outside this morning there was a momma bear and her cub playing in our driveway What a treat!!

First let me say how AMAZING this house and the view are!! It was very comfortable from the patio furniture to the beds!! The house provided way more than we ever imagined. Although, I would point out that if you are hauling a trailer the switchbacks make it nearly impossible and although google maps shows ample space to get to and maneuver around the house, this is not the case. There is a sign that says “No Buses’” but we were thinking for other reasons. That was our bad. We only mention so others don’t make the same mistake we did. We HIGHLY recommend this home if you are visiting Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg!! You won’t be disappointed. It is also equipped to accommodate those with disabilities!! The owners are super sweet and respond quickly to answer any questions. Don’t pass this one up!!

This is an amazing property, was exactly as described and pictured. Beautiful view of downtown Gatlinburg. Our family of seven spent a week at this property. Plenty of room for everybody. Screened in porch was nice for an early morning cup of coffee or a late night drink to watch sunrise or sunset. Would definitely stay again. Highly recommend to anybody looking for an affordable high end property. J.F.
