Conveniently located hotel with a restaurant, m, and various other things. Room was small, but comfortable and parking was available 24/7, Great room, very clean, a very good breakfast, good service and very friendly

Great hospitality from Eman, Salman, Arsalan, and the night staff as well! I didn't know that the check-in time was 2PM onwards and had to wait 45 minutes. But to make up for this, Salman upgraded my room and the room I checked in was on the 7th floor with city views. It was a magnificent experience!

The internet was very slow at night around 10 PM for some reason.

I stayed at this hotel last night and would rate it 8 out of 10 due to some areas that need improvement. The staff, while friendly, displayed unprofessionalism during check-in. The receptionist initially took photos of my and my wife's ID cards on his personal phone, claiming the scanner was not working. When questioned, he deleted the photos and later scanned the IDs using the functional scanner, leaving me concerned about the lack of professionalism and the need for staff training in handling such situations.

Location, cleanliness, its brand overall in not so over the board price

Breakfast needs lot of improvement, cut off time is probably 10 30 AM and before that half of stuff was finished already. Further hall was quite nosiy. Space of room is too small for single occupancy.

Room service menu has not changed in last 4 years. There is no gym,steam room or sauna as you would expect for a hotel in this price bracket.

Staff very cooperative & location is very good. Reasonably good sized rooms. Next door you can find super market for every need.

Room service facilities were not up to the standard, even they charged for ice cubes. Not good for dine in.

The air conditioning in the room was not working smell of smoke. Although our room was supposed to be a non-smoking. The bathroom was not of good standard not enough light in the room

Hot water problems. Need to leave the taps running for 8 minutes before you get hot water. Such wastage is just not on in this day and age. On one hand the front desk is advising guests to run water for some time before taking a shower and on the other hand the hotel is promoting conservancy of energy and water. How about fixing the issue. Very Conflicting Secondly the plumbing system is shoddy as there is a gutter smell emitting from the drains.

Very polite staff, Ms Khadija promptly completed check-in and Ms Zarmina looked after personally during breakfast. Room was quiet & neat and valet service was very good. For us, location was exceptionally suitable. Idea of a small dress/space is excellent and provide a multipurpose and private place for work/prayers etc,

Bed was in direction of Qibla and size was small, consider adding full sized mirror in the room, more lights or make up mirror in wash room, soap dish and anti-slip mat in the shower cabin, and a quick supply of hot water.
