Very dirty facilities and extremely slow service. We had to call several times to get breakfast and when it did arrive it was the wrong order. The hygiene is very poor and I saw so many bugs crawling on the tables, bathroom and floor. The shower floor was dirty and the shower head was awful. I did not shower during my stay as it was that bad. TV did not work and the place smelt of stale cigarettes. The main reason we booked was we were told it had disabled facilities which it did not. Doorways too narrow for a wheelchair, bed too high and no walk in shower as there is a step. Unfortunately we had to stay and my mum had a fall due to not having disabled equipment installed. We booked for 2 nights but checked out the next morning. I genuinely do not like to leave bad reviews but it was appalling and the price for the standard is disgraceful.

There is some unexplained light and noise wich was disturbing my sleep during all night... Also jacuzzi /bathtub was leak and water was not coming properly.

Nothing to like about the property except the location. plus how come the Hotel can use 'Hilton' with their name?
