Extremely poor customer service and attitude of reception staff. The hotel is not very clear because the cleaning staff have no equipment to clean with.
My wife was feeling unwell and at one stage she passed out in the restaurant. No one in the restaurant made any effort to help or find out what was going on. There was not even a first aider on site at the time.
All round a very poor experience. I would highly recommend that you do not use this hotel.

Hotel was holding a converence in a bedroom oposit to our room on 13th floor, it was very noisy, Men talking all the time

Generally the hotel is nice with good ambience. Ample power sockets and clean and quiet room.
The hotel room Air-conditioning was pathetic!!! I lost 2 night sleeps due to sweaty nights. The cooling couldn't be fixed even after calling the service twice. The coolest the room temperature ever went was 24.4 C which was still quite hot!!!

The room wasn’t ready till almost 5 still had dirty cups in the sinks . Keys was not working at all.
Asked for iron and stand and got a sheet and iron.
The people kept forgetting things. The hotel claiming to be 4 star that didn’t even match with 2 stars.

Location is good close to restaurants and main avenue, Very helpful night manager who managed taxt transfers from and to the airport.
There was a mistake in my invoice, and it has taken too much of my time to send the missing amount.
The menu in the buffet restaurant is repetitive.

I was asked at 10 am if I'm coming or not, reached there at 3pm but the room wasn't ready that must by 2pm.
In my recent stays there was tea setup in the rooms but this time they removed it.. by saying management decisions. At first when asked I was told sir in five minutes but after 2 hours when I called again they said, sorry can't provide it removed from standard rooms.
Mini bar is very expensive 😂, I wasn't aware it will be charged(my bad) and consumed all of it. On check out when I saw the bill, they charged more than twice the prices and after that beverage tax..

The tooth brush placed in the bathroom was supposed to be new but it was packed but it was used.

The cleanliness of the rooms and bathroom was very very poor. The main thing is the cleanliness and because of that I don’t think that I’ll be staying again at this hotel.
We booked a 2 bedroom suite and 1 deluxe room and I think we paid a lot as well.

Nasir, the person who picked me up from the airport. He was an excellent person to accompany. His handling of non-Pakistani passengers who were traveling with us was excellent. Check-in was quite smooth. The food in the morning was good, and I am sure everyone had what they would like to eat.
I must mention their friendly security staff; I had a brief chat with them. They were all excellent, and all guests should appreciate them for staying vigilant in the cold nights with limited resources (as per my observation).
Not really something significant and rest shared with Staff, when they called me for feedback.
Rent a car is expansive; if hotel can support to call local public transport. - It will be a good service

I’m a regular guest at this property because of its amazing atmosphere, food and staff
Mr Noman the duty manager wasn’t really helpful this time. He didn’t checked me in and his behaviour was very rude. I usually stay there and miss Nida and others are really kind and welcoming. Mr Kashif is always very happy to welcome us and he’s such a wonderful person. Due to Mr Bilal’s behaviour I had to cancel the booking and stay at royal Swiss.

A pleasant stay. A special mention and thanks to Danish Bhai who was very helpful and always on hand to attend to our queries and requests. We also want to thank Yusuf Bhai for taking us to and from the airport and assisting us during our stay whenever we required assistance. Breakfast was great with a variety of food which we enjoyed. The location of the hotel was great as it was close to local shops.
The shower needs updating as water was coming out from underneath the shower door which was highly inconvenient.

If I visit Lahore in future again, I would like to stay at Indigo.
The restaurant at the 18th floor was exceptional. The guy playing flute, while we were taking dinner, was amazing.
Noisy and loud TV in the next door room. The area on the wall where TV is installed is not a solid concrete (as per my observation). Due to that, whenever, the person staying in the next room would bump up the volume, you would hear the TV sound as if it is being played in your room and causes discomfort. I mentioned that to the property officials during the stay and also at the time of checking out. I hope they would come up with a solution.

I came in 2021 and loved this hotel- this year was a completely different story
I came to relax, enjoy the pool, and have a couple of days break from my travel in a nice place.
- the pool: the gym receptionist acted like it was a big deal to give me a towel. The lockers were SO dirty that I wouldn’t store anything there. The ladders into the pool were broken and rusty- actually a danger/ hazard.
In front of the pool area was littered with cigarette butts and when I got into the pool (without a ladder) the gym receptionist decided he would stand there and smoke the whole time so it was smelly and unpleasant. Furthermore, I actually wanted to get out because of the smell but when I turned around to swim out, all the workers renovating the room on above the pool were watching me, pointing and laughing. I hated it, I stayed inside as long as possible waiting for them to leave as I had to awkwardly climb out as the ladders were broken.
Room: I kept getting calls asking if I was comfortable. It was weird and annoying as I was trying to read/ write. The AC was so loud all night and I couldn’t stop it. Lots of street noise/ beeping/ construction noice on 3rd floor.
Service: When I ordered room service or had bags etc taken up, there was an expectation/ lingering for a tip. When I first arrived I only had some 70 rupees change as I’d literally just arrived in the country and although I had a backpack and a small handheld bag that I didn’t need help with, the displeasure of my small tip was obvious from the two men that took me to my room.
When I ordered room service, the first couple of times I just didn’t get change making the „tips“ like 400-600 rs. It was just a joke to pay a tip like that for a drink. On the day I stayed in my room all day, I got horribly sick from something. I suspect from the food I ordered at lunchtime from room service. I was charged extra for the roti that were supposed to be included with the desi meals as the menu stated.
