Great value. Nice and clean room. Beds are kinda hard but I like that. Very friendly and helpful staff speaks English very well. I rented a good scooter from the hotel for two days.

They kinda try to sell you some bus tours but for some people it might be actually a good thing.

The manager ( landlord) forgot to wake me up. I risked to loose my tour. I couldn't have the already paid breakfast . Not only she didn't apologize but to avoid to remboursing money, She disaeppered. The room is little, dirty, the room's door is of glass not in wood. The TV didn't work. The window is like in jail The landlord want just money . She doesn't care about guests

To most important thing first: This hotel has great prices all around. For example (at time of this writing) 1 hour body massage is 200k, (while possible) you will be hard pressed to find lower rates anywhere. Its more or less the same for the rest of their offers. The Rooms are cheap, clean and comfortable, the bed felt good, and the room kept an acceptable temperature at all times. Windows can be opened too. Other points: the breakfast is small but good, the staff is good at cooking and english and well educated in general. they are highly motivated and try to always do their best. The Location: Its itself is pretty good, its a center spot not too far from the 'city life' (tourist quarter), not far from the most important landmark and all around are the most important stores and restaurants. For further destinations like the tombs i recommend a bike or bicycle. either way all in all, i have had worse 5 star accomodations, and quite a few worse 4 star. so i would say try it, they are good

concerning quietness: depending on other guests you can hear noise at night. I did stay there for a long time, since i extended my stay and only heard it one night out of them all thought. The facilities: there were some minor annoyances: the internet does not always work, but thats nothing unusual for vietnam hotels, i would say in terms of internet quality its somewhere in the middle of all the hotels i tried. The AC did rain a bit and the shower will always spray onto the toilett. also the Glass doors will light up your room pretty early in the morning.

A central hotel in the middle of a ton of cafes, restaurants and nightlife. Kind, friendly and attentive staff, some speak great English, others do not speak much, but the attitude overall is positive and helpful regardless of the language barrier. The room was excellent as this was one of my best value accommodations during my whole stay in Vietnam. They assisted me with a citadel tour as well as well as getting a taxi to train station. It was also a time of heavy rain and they lent out umbrellas. Additionally, the breakfast was served with care and diligence. Highly recommend staying here when in Hue!

Reception Ms Trang and colleague were very friendly and helpful. Room... good size for a King and a double. Clean and comfortable. Great location, quiet, many amenities within the vicinity. Walking distance to the night market and stretches of Walking Street with Pubs and restaurants blusting with songs and music.

Breakfast....kind of disappointed. Either french loaf with fried egg or fried maggie noddle with fried egg and a cup of coffee or tea. No buffet spread 😞

The staff were very nice and helpful, and could speak English well. In addition to super nice staff, I was very happy with my room, which was clean, and just had a nice layout in general - I especially liked the shower. On top of all this, the price was lower than most hotels in the area, and I even got free breakfast!
