Amazing location, Right on the Old Quarter / Lake / Train Street etc, great rooftop bar with views over the city and lake.

Booked for the rooftop pool but it's FREEZING cold, probably refreshing for a hot day but not an enjoyable and relaxing dip, Wall are very thin so expect to hear echoey voices from the hallway if it's a busy floor. Book a suite if you have lots of luggage as the regular room is quite lacking in space but no problems with the room just space wise can be tight.

Very central location, comfy beds, reasonably priced, roof top bar had a nice view.

The twin room felt a bit cramped and very dark. Things felt a bit hectic in the lobby.

location is excellent for Old Quarter. roof top pool was definitely a lifesaver for kids.

we were originally given rooms with poor window view, meaning we had neighbouring building 30cm away so our room was very dark with no natural light. we also had issue with room smelling like sewer/toilet. spoke to staff who were exceptionally helpful and moved us to another room. the new room had great natural light but unfortunately also had periods where it smelt like sewer/toilet. we believe this smell was actually coming from ducted air conditioning vent. breakfast was also a simple but definitely enough options for a quick meal before we started the day.

Nothing, below the expectations.

the breakfast was very basic. The staff was not very friendly and could not find my reservation. The room was smelly and poorly decorated with old furniture and the shower was not working properly.

the location is great!

Rooms have musty smell. they need more ventilation.
