Very nice, bright and perfectly designed villa. In walking distance to rue d’Antibes and beaches. The pool is fantastic. Very nice host who was available at all times. We will definitely come back.

Everything was nice and perfect. The sofa in the living room could be more comfortable, but it is very nice and fits well the decoration.

We liked everything: The quality of decor, the wooden furniture, the French elegance, real Provence pottery in the kitchen, all the small details, like luxurious soaps and aroma therapy scents (without being too strong), bathing towels and pool towels. We also want to highlight the great security measures in this house, you can mostly access by car, and you enter via 2 separate gates, very comforting :)

I would recommend a stay here anytime. However, there are some seasonal mosquitoes in the garden, so ensure to bring mosquito spray. Also, the couch was literally a bunch of pillows that constantly fell apart - when you bring bigger kids, they tend to hang out in the couch with iPads/mobile devices in mornings and afternoons, this was not that comfortable for them.

the house is stunning - everything from the decor to the outdoor space. it is idyllic!!! it looks just look in the photos and is bigger than we were expecting. the house is pure perfection.

The villa is great and fully matches the photos on the site. Very well-thought-out design and the owner has worked on the interior details. It is located in a safe and closed area just a 20-minute walk from the beach. The palm trees and pool are well lit in the evening. The nearest supermarket is a 5-minute drive. The villa has everything you need for daily life. The owner of villa presented us a special wine! Very nice. I can definitely recommend this villa to others! Real 5+ stars.

Thanks a lot to our host Nathalie, who was very helpful and ready to accommodate all of our needs. We were welcomed with a wine fridge loaded with tasty rosés, coffee and tea selections. The villa itself was clean, decorated very pleasantly and you could find everything you need. Exactly as shown in the photos. The kitchen was very well equipped for cooking and baking, should you prefer to cook despite the nice restaurants around. The pool area and garden were also very spacious, with comfortable sunbeds, plenty of natural shades from trees and plants. The villa and the parking space were quite safe located within a private complex/site. Overall it was a wonderful stay, to return back again...

Wifi connection/provider can be improved/changed, as internet was constantly dropping off, requiring logging in again.

Highest quality. Looks and smells like 5* Hotel or a luxury holiday home where the owner has given you the keys, and trusted you (no dep was required). Genuine 10 mins walking distance to rue d'antibes and another 5 to beach. Completely private and secure parking inside property or on the private road outside . Not cheap of course but you get what you pay for. Pictures you see are what you get. Nice touches like ice in the fridge, nespresso capsules and 4 bottles of wine as well as decanters of whisky, rum , mixers etc. Kitchen has all cooking stuff oils, spices etc. Also has main fridge plus cooler box. Netflix on main and master room TV, Aircon all round.

If had to say anything maybe kitchen a bit cramped but it does have a lot in there and all super quality, also for the full luxury feel maybe a music player, Bose or B&O would be nice! Missing a clothes stand for drying
