Arrived 2 hours early and no attempt was made to facilitate an earlier move into the room.

Hotel was basic but clean. Kettle and coffee in the room was a bonus. Room was clean and very quiet. We stayed here in order to transfer to Mabul for diving the next day so the location worked well. Staff were polite and helpful . I asked for an extra pillow and they happily gave me one.

Breakfast was at a local cafe and not good. I think their usual clientele must take things from the room as there was a rm100 deposit and a list of items and their cost if you took them. Not a positive start when you first arrive. Semporna is not somewhere you would stay unless you needed a dive transfer but the grace hotel was one of the better ones

Room was clean, had a TV, shower was good with good water pressure and hot water. Aircon was working well, and good location in town. Breakfast options were good - you can choose between 3 different eateries to redeem the breakfast voucher.

Walk in price is cheaper than booking here. Wifi was available, but was not able to access anything on the internet.

Didn't Get The Room I Wanted Even Confirmed The Picture With The Manager Before Trip , When Arrived Ask Me To Top Up Another RM25 , That's Ridiculous ! Seaview Room Also Highly Priced No Toiletries Holder In Bathroom. Just An Old Fashion Ceramic Bar Soap Holder. Now Is 2020 Already , This Is Fail To Match Hotel Modern Design. Breakfast At Another Restaurant Is Rather Too Simple. Just 1 Hot Drink + 1 Noodle (3Variety) ,Toast With Ham or Porridge Selection.
