Very modern, spacious and had everything we needed, we couldn’t have asked for more.

It was noisy as it is very near a main road however it was conveniently near the beach and plenty of bars and restaurants. It would also benefit from having outside space.

Apartment was newly renovated. Kitchen equipments were high quality such as Tefal pan. We used the kitchen a lot and had no issues. You could see the beach from the living room and it was very close to walk there. Bathrooms were new and in a very good condition. The apartment was also very clean. Diana was very attentive, thank you!

There was a lot of street noise. Pillows were not that comfortable.

The apartment exceeded our expectations, we met up with friends for a mini break so an apartment was the obvious choice . We could not of chosen better , modern , super clean , host of bars and restaurants in walking distance. Diana was the perfect host, there when we arrived to explain everything and a courtesy text half way through to make sure all was well . Everything you would need for an affordable price , thank you

We stayed in this apartment because it is at a good location near Almeria beach. Plenty of restaurants and bars in the area so you don't need to go to the centre for food/drinks if you don't feel like it. There is a taxi stand nearby which takes you to the centre for less than 5 euro. The apartment is modernized, has good facilities and is clean. Although the apartment is on the first floor there isn't too much noise from the street since the windows are double glass. Three bedrooms and three bathrooms made this perfect for a holiday with friends. Friendly reception.

The property has limited sea views since it is not at the beach line, but is also on the first floor so in general you will not be looking outside much. During our stay there were some odors inside the apartment and in the building (humidity) which need attention.
