Pillows not great. Breakfast was average. Hotel should provide clear instructions for parking and sort the barrier problems out. Code didn’t always work and the barrier went down before I could get the car through!

I loved the location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Nice room and bath with towels!

The only downer was the stationary glass wall (instead of a curtain) for the bath/shower. I did not have a safe way to start the shower, check temp. Almost fell in at the small open end.

A decent room at an affordable price. Very clean, comfortable bed and rather quiet and with centric location in Almería.

Let’s say it’s better to keep the curtains closed, the view to the messy backyard of the hotel is really not beautiful.

Perfect location in the very center, helpful staff, comfortable beds and pillows, toiletries in the bathroom. They also have a nice secure parking garage one block away from the hotel itself, where the staff is also very friendly and helpful.

The towels in the bathroom were a bit worn-out. If your room is on the 1st floor, the access is via an elevator/lift only, I'd prefer to use stairs. Other floors, I believe, have both ways..

Aircondition, making noise, when heating room. Flush water for a bath. Limscale made"tap a bath took very long tim". Shower dripping intensivly when tapping.

Breakfast was good but bacon could be crispier! Not a huge choice of cooked but plenty of cold sliced meats. Very nice and easy fresh orange juicer machine. Rooms very clean , comfy bed, pillows quite deep my son found them twice as thick as he required but they were perfect for me.

The lay out in our bathroom. the bidet was opposite to but so close to the toilet that it touched one knee and so you could not sit comfortably on the toilet. We were a little confused as we did not realise the checkin reception was in the other hotel, as is the breakfast room, so perhaps a note to advise of that would be helpful on booking. But the main hotel is only meters away so it is not a big issue.

it was perfect for our stay

The hotel is really centrally located. It's all clean. Clear structures in space. Memory foam mattresses - a matter of taste. A nice and helpful concierge in the evening.

Due to the hotel's central location, arrival in car is extremely difficult. You cannot park in front of the hotel for the check-in. Instead, you first have to drive through the city center and possibly park incorrectly in order to check-in. Only then do you get from the hotel if wanted a parking ticket in a parking garage two blocks away for an, what I think overexaggerated pice. My room on the ground floor was badly soundproofed. Not only did I hear the constant noise of the drains in the evening, around 7am in the morning, I was awakened by conversations outside the hotel. Not really relaxing. The bathroom looked very nice at first glance, but after I took a shower it flooded badly because the drain wasn't taking the water fast enough. And opening the windows wasn't an option on the ground floor. When I checked out, I wanted to give the staff my impression and also mention the problem with the bathroom. The younger clerk completely ignored me at first. Then, after a long time, took my documents out of my hands and ignored me again, despite my attempts to communicate. Then an older colleague came, who asked again with interest and then apologized for the situation. The hotel should focus on its older and experienced staff instead of the young ones. These quickly create frustration and upsetting.

The location

Dirty crockery and cutlery in the restaurant. Broken toilet on arrival needed fixing and toiletries were diluted with water. Some reception staff were unapologetic.

The room really looks nice, big bed, wooden flooring, very good ensuite bathroom, with large shower. Location is not far from the bus station. There is a Carrefour only a few minutes walk away and also a poundshop. Concierge was helpful

The toilet would often make noise, like a tap was running, sometimes it wouldn't flush. The walls are thin, so thin that I could hear couples in other rooms having sex. There was also some building work going on in the hotel which was very loud. The noise stopped me from giving the hotel a higher score. A electric kettle would have been nice but that's not a deal breaker.
