Nuestra casa está ubicada en una calle privada sin salida a solo 50 metros de la playa de Fort Lauderdale. Great location, short walk to the beach.
The house was beautiful and clean had everything we needed. Perfect for the 7 of us.
Craig was very quick to respond to our questions.

The location to the beach was perfect. That’s where the highlights ended. I was expecting more for the money. First, there were no washcloths . How do you bathe without a washcloth. Owner said people were staining them. So I had to supply my own. Second the place is out dated. Everything was dingy. Ceiling fan was making a loud squeaking noise, freezer icemaker broken, bathroom faucet loose. Dryer in garage squeaked .. unannounced pool guy randomly in back yard our first day. And don’t get me started on beach supplies. Had two chairs that we used the rest were garbage. No ice chest so we had to purchase that too. No umbrella again $$$ for our 5 night stay.. owner could do better with this property.

Had a great stay at this property with my family. There were 8 of us, including a 3 and 5 year old.
It is very kid friendly! There's a pool fence, which was surprisingly hard to find in that area. Pack n play, highchairs, and so many books and toys were available too, including beach toys.
Plenty of room for us all. There's an office room with a futon connected to the master that isn't mentioned in the listing. We used it for one of the children.
All the beds were very comfortable. The furniture was comfortable too.
Plenty of towels for bath and pool.
Lots of things provided that most rentals only give as a starter set; toilet paper, soap, trash bags, dish soap, dishwasher packs, washer detergent, ziploc bags, foil, coffee filters, etc.
There were also plenty of condiments in the kitchen. Many of these things might have been left by previous guests, but it was nice to have them.
Kitchen well stocked with cookware and dishes, including children's dishes. We had everything we needed to make meals.
Outside spaces were great. We felt like we were in our own secluded little jungle. At least part of the pool is shady most of the day. It was so nice after coming back from the sun at the beach. Pool starts off shallow. Our 3 year old could stand up in it. It does slope down to at least 6 feet or more at the other end.
Short walk to beach and there is a pedestrian stop light at that corner.
Owner very responsive and easy to work with. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a wonderful vacation though it rained the whole time. We enjoyed all the board games in the house, enjoyed the heated pool and the spacious kitchen and dining room for cooking together and playing games. The host was excellent and easy to get in touch with.

We enjoyed our stay and had everything we could need. Real close to the beach and location was great. Craig was the POC and could be reached with no issues. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend you check this place out.

We rented this listing for a multigenerational family for the month of March. Location is great, right across the street from the beach with many restaurants, supermarkets, cafes nearby. The house was great, plenty of room, kitchen well stocked with cooking utensils, pots
and pans, dishes and flatware. Pool area was lovely with comfortable seating and was maintained for us during our stay. Craig is a great host, very quick to respond to any questions or concerns.

Beautiful, spacious, clean. Location is key. One minute walk to sunrise every morning. Gorgeous. Pool was warm although entire pool area was shaded all the time; this house could be improved with a few less trees by the pool although they and the tropical plants were certainly beautiful. Would love to stay again.

My husban, children and grandchildren had a fabulous two weeks at the house. The location. near the beach and within walking distance of the park, restaurants, shops etc was perfect. Craig is the best host I have ever worked with. Always available, helpful and interested in our comfort. The house is trrrific with its four bedrooms and

The house was beautiful, clean and had everything you can think of under the sun for your vacation needs. Including tons of kids toys for the house and the beach. It's a very quick walk to the ocean and in a more quieter area. Craig was an amazing host and went above and beyond. We will be back.

Great beach location for the sunseekers and sand lovers. Wonderful pool and patio areas for all to enjoy. Home was perfect for family gathering. We all loved our time here and will come again....relaxing and at home feel

It’s an old house but very roomy for a family. Great location and nice pool in the back. Backyard is shady which we liked and somewhat buggy at night due to all the beautiful landscaping. Craig the owner was great. Very responsive to any problems and helpful with day activities. The house had beach stuff and lots of games for kids. We loved the beach and it’s only 2 houses away. We would definetly stay again.

The house and location were great. Craig contacted me before and after we checked in to be sure everything was good and said to contact him with any problems. The only problem we had was upstairs shower backed up and was dirty however since nobody told me about this problem until we were leaving I never contacted Craig about it. We all enjoyed the stay and hope to back again next year.

This beach house was perfect for our group and had space for additional people. Less than a 2 minute walk to the beach and we could easily walk to the shops and restaurants if we desired too. The house comfortably slept our group, all amenities came as advertised, and all appliances worked perfectly. The Owner was extremely helpful and available when we had questions and requests. Next time we vacation to the area, we would absolutely stay here again.

The property was perfect for our family. The house had everything we needed including child/infant supplies, beach towels, etc. 5 min walk to a beautiful uncrowded beach. Walking distance to shops and restaurants. It was perfect. Heated pool in a gorgeous back yard full of swaying palm trees.

This home has a perfect location for Fort Lauderdale - residential area with very short walk to beach and walking distance to stores and restaurants.
However, this home needs a lot a work to bring it up to what one would expect when renting a home. The dishwasher was extremely frustrating since the rack was missing a wheel and it constantly fell of the track causing the dishes to crash against each other and keeping bottom water spinner from working.
The outside pole lamps didn’t work. The outside furniture was old with no cushions and the outside table would sag if any weight was placed on it. The rest of the family asked to use our shower because theirs didn’t get warm enough. Bugs would appear every morning in our bathroom sink having fallen from the lights above. I have rented 7 homes over the years and the condition of this home was by far the worst.

Location was fabulous! Friendly reminder for you to fix the main floor shower so there is hot water, exterminate the bugs that are in the master suite, repair the broken window that is in the third bedroom upstairs.

We've stayed at various hotel, home and etc. for vacation and this place with out a doubt goes in at my top 5 places to stay. The place was clean, location was min from the beach & bar, as advertise and the host made you feel like you were home away from home. Craig (the host) was great and took his time to ensure we were comfortable.

Dealing and communicating with the owner was a snap and very pleasant. House was in a great area and convenient to what we wanted to do. Having a vehicle made it a lot easier to get around. Not really in an area to walk to dinner but still really like the location, super close to beach. Where we were w bit disappointed was with the mattresses, which were in need of replacement, and bugs. On the bugs, nothing really a problem just more than I want and in the house. Mostly just gnats but in the upstairs bathroom and bedrooms. Property was also a bit dated but I’m sure at one time was super awsome. Great setup for a family vacation and away from the noise of the city. House is in a very quiet cup de sac.

We had a great time at this house. Within a few minutes of the beach! Large home. One issue was that the description on VRBO incorrectly stated there was a bedroom with two queen beds. There is a master with a king, two bedrooms with a queen each, one with a futon and one with two twins. Craig explained the problem was with VRBO. The house is in a great location, close to everything. Craig was so accommodating to our family, and was very responsive. The house had all we needed. We hope to be back!

House is in an absolutely phenomenal location that’s quiet, secluded, but super close to the beach. House is in good shape, very spacious and had all the necessary amenities and then some! Owner was great to work with too and very accommodating. 10/10 would rent again!

Great location and perfect size for my family. There’s plenty of room to spread out. The beach is just a block away. All of the amenities of home are there including games and beach toys for the kids. The pool is lovely. Florida mosquitoes are no joke.

Loved: cooler/wagon/toys that can be brought to the beach, heated pool, extra fridge, beach towels, master bed and bath, LOCATION, and property manager was very friendly and easy to get ahold of!
Minor issues- shady and buggy backyard, hard to get an even temp control of upstairs and downstairs, 2 bathrooms are pretty small (no counter space).
Overall it worked perfect for our family/friends and we would definitely stay here again!

Everything we needed
This property had absolutely everything we needed for our trips to the beach which is just a short walk away. The kids enjoyed the pool and there are plenty of toys in the house as well. We were pleased that two refrigerators were available for food and drinks. The house itself is even bigger than it appears online. We loved the neighborhood and communication with the owner was excellent.

This house was everything we needed! Our group ranged in age from 3 to 77 and it was the perfect fit for everyone. Every positive thing you read about this house in reviews, is true! The location to the beach could not be beat - literally steps away. The heated pool was perfect - we had unusually chilly weather while we were there, but it didn't stop the kids from swimming in the pool every day. The supplies/amenities that came with the house made the stay so easy, as you didn't need to pack anything extra - beach wagon, chairs, beach toys, kids toys, grill, etc. Tons of stores and restaurants close by, too! Craig was an awesome host and made sure we had everything we needed and didn't have any questions the day we arrived, but he was only a quick call away if we needed something - though we didn't, because everything was great! I can't recommend this house enough, if we vacation in Fort Lauderdale again, this house will be first on our list!
