The bed mattress is little soft

W hotel have good swimming pool view and nice forgotten garden despite the outdoor deteriorating light features and worse Wifi signal and bad food taste (unhealthy, oily food and not fresh). W hotel have very comfortable beds.

W hotel have very bad WiFi signal indoor and outdoor , bad food quality, bad maintaining quality to the original condition and staff (in room dinning) that require training as five star hotel workers and Resiption that ordered wrong transportation size vehicle.

Our stay at W Muscat was nothing short of perfection! From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make sure our experience was flawless. They even accommodated us with an early check-in and a late checkout, which gave us extra time to enjoy the hotel’s stunning amenities. A special shoutout and heartfelt thanks to Rami, who truly made our stay unforgettable. His attention to detail and warm hospitality made all the difference. The view from our room was absolutely breathtaking—one of the best in Muscat—and the pool area was just as impressive, with its chic design and relaxing atmosphere. The hotel itself is modern and brand new, which added to the sense of luxury and comfort. Our room, along with the bathroom, felt like an architectural masterpiece, blending sleek design with ultimate comfort. Another highlight was the impeccable housekeeping service, with the room made up twice a day, making sure everything was always spotless and inviting. W Muscat was truly the perfect place to relax and enjoy each day of our summer vacation.

There was honestly nothing to dislike about our stay at W Muscat. Every detail was thoughtfully executed, and the staff consistently went above and beyond to ensure we had the best experience possible.

Breakfast was excellent and the service was great very friendly staff thanks to everyone 😀 👍 😊

Staff were amazing. From the pool staff all the way to valet and concierge. Stunning Bathroom with good products. Stayed at the W in London and Barcelona but this one in Muscat is head and shoulders above the rest.

Private beach would have been nice

La piscine L’emplacement à 2 min à pied de l’opéra la plage de Qurum plein restaurant autour Et c’est très animé le week-ends. Ambiance style lifestyle Le personnel du HK la Guest Relation et le personnel du petit déjeuner.

Certaines personnes à la réception et à l'accueil affichent une attitude prétentieuse. Et c'est dommage, cas à la piscine, personne ne s'occupe de nous installer.

Modern rooms with beautiful mini bar and amenities. Touch controls for room lighting moods and signs (do not disturb and please clean). Comfy bed and beautifully designed room and hotel in general.

Excellent service, excellent staff- special thank you to Daniela, for being so kind and always supportive - very nice facilities and location near the sea, center location and close to the Opera house

Le personnel est exceptionnel, tous au petit soins. La chambre a été nettoyé à chaque fois qu’on sortait. Une attention particulière de la part du personnel ou qu’on soit. La chambre est confortable et le complexe est tes grand avec tous ce dont on peut avoir besoin. La plage est magnifique tout près de la piscine.

Le choix des vins n’est pas super et les portions d’alcool servi sont ridiculement petites

The Price accordind to one room is a little high

Room service was fast and efficient. Located conveniently near the restaurants and cafes and also the Opera house. Staff was friendly.

Pool party could have provided different types of wrist tags for hotel guests and those who paid tickets. Security was good but they kept asking if I'm a hotel guest. Some kept asking me to leave the pool party after it ends and to explain to them I'm staying in the hotel.

Ez a szálloda 6 csillagot érdemel! Sok 5 csillagos szálloda tanulhatna tőle! A földszinti étterem is 6 csillagos besorolású. Az étteremvezető ( Pathum ) és munkatársai mindig mindenre odafigyeltek és mindig a kedvünkben akartak lenni. Sok luxusszállodában jártam, de ez mindent vitt! A szolgáltatásuk kiváló, minőség mindenhol és mindenben, hozzáállás kifogástalan, ...stb. A szervezett túraprogram is kiváló volt! Az idegenvezető extra TOP jó fej volt. Sokat tanultunk tőle OMAN-ról. Nem tudok rosszat mondani róluk. Kár, hogy olyan messze van tőlünk. Köszönjük a hozzáállásukat és a vendégszeretetüket. Példaértékű !!
