The location for us was perfect. Very near the station, but quiet. Very easy to walk to the beach, probably about 10 minutes or 15 minutes maximum. Everything in the cottage was perfect and we didn't want for anything. Also there was a very comprehensive welcome pack for our arrival.

Absolutely everything we needed was provided. Good selection of games for rainy evenings. Host quick to respond.

Wasn't perfectly clean; especially inside drawers, the wooden stand in the main bedroom and the table outside (gets dirty quickly, but a quick wipe before arrival would have been appreciated).

Pixie cottage was extremely well equipped. The central location was excellent. The cottage was exceptionally clean, and had a great patio area outside. We loved it.

This property is a charming little house in a wonderful location. The hosts provided a well-stocked welcome tray plus milk, fruit juice and eggs. I had a visit from friends whilst I was there and they said “I could live here”. A sentiment I totally agree with, not something you would generally say about a holiday let.

Parking is a difficult, although the hosts provide permits for your stay finding space is a problem. They thoughtfully supply a small stock of £1 coins for the long stay car park so they have recognised the problem.

The cottage is so quiet and extremely well appointed. There are so many little touches that you don’t find in other properties.

It’s perfectly located 3 minutes from the station, 5 minutes from town and it’s so quiet you have no idea you’re even in town. Very comfortable, has everything you could need and more. Hosts sent plenty of info ahead of the visit and there was a very thoughtful selection of food items and toiletries/washing products that you really didn’t need to bring anything except yourself and your clothes, at least for the first night.

Location is great. The property is comfortable. Amenities and supplies are clean or even new. All the things a guest may need are meticulously provided.

The washing machine is put inside the garage not the house. I had to go out and in of the house to get the laundry done. A bit inconvenient.

Very conveniently located, cosy and so clean. The cottage had everything that you need and everything has been well thought through. We also loved the nice gesture from the owners to leave some vegan treats for us.

Second visit to Pixie Cottage. Great location, well equipped and lovely and clean. Fantastic welcome pack as well. Stayed while husband and daughter did the South Downs Marathon.

The property was lovely, very cosy, well decorated and clean. Had a great week here couldn’t be happier with the location, approx 20 minute walk to the beach (no hills), 2 minute walk to the shops and no problems with the parking, parking permit was sorted out by the host so no hassle in applying for one. Arrived to find a welcome basket with lots of goodies also milk, orange juice, butter etc in the fridge which was very much appreciated. Would definitely recommend and hope to come back in the future.

Only limited free parking available, but no problem on our stay.

Home from home very well catered for beautifully clean and a wonderful welcome basket of goodies, and a good way of paid for parking. A cottage to recommend. easy to get to beach shopping centre and routes to and from Eastbourne.

All the little touches within the property. Spotlessly clean. Probably the best equipped place we've stayed. Proximity to Eastbournes facilities. Great communication from the owners.

The location is perfect, only a few minutes walk from the station and less than fifteen minutes to the seafront. There are ample restaurants, shops and pubs nearby. The welcome hamper is a lovely gesture and has everything you need and the kitchen has every kind of gadget you can think of. There is a lovely small outside terrace which is a great sun trap. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
