A great condo with views from the veranda, and comfortable and nicely decorated interior. However, this condo is managed by Vacasa. Avoid them if at all possible. Here is our experience: When we first arrived we could not open the entry Schlage smart lock keypad. We texted with Vacasa but none of their instructions opened the door. They promised the local Ocean City Vacasa agent would come but they never did. At one point we received four texts each apologising and saying they would get to us ASAP, but they never did. We continued entering the code many, many times and in many, many different ways and suddenly the lock opened. This was the only time during our entire stay that the lock worked. However, this left us in a vulnerable position as we were afraid to lock the apartment when we went out because we were afraid we would not be able gain access again. Our requests for compensation have been ignored.

The views, the accommodation, the table and chair set on the balcony, the comfortable seating inside makes this a five star condo. Added features are the Little House of Pancakes across the Coastal Highway when the first day had to return. Beach is the best. We saw so much activity out in the ocean. Best OC vacation ever.

Couple minor issues. If you want to watch TV the ROKU was extremely slow. Don’t waste your time. Also the shower heads could be newer and better. But overall a beautiful very clean place. I would book it again.

This home was beautiful. Not stuffy or pretentious, you could easily relax on the sectional- plenty of seating. That view is incredible and listening to the ocean and watching dolphins from the balcony was relaxing and fun. You are literally on the beach. Good water pressure, comfy beds and a well appointed kitchen was a super plus. Easy walk to restaurants. Quick drive to assateague island to see the wild horses. You cannot go wrong with this rental!!!

The condo was super clean and the location couldn't be better. There are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance. We had everything we needed and the beds were confortable. It was also nice that we didn't have to worry about bringing our own linens. We spent several hours out on the balcony just taking in the view of the ocean. We'd definitely stay here again.

wonderful balcony overlooking ocean. was clean and nicely decorated. Could use a little updating. Water pressure and showerhead lack efficient showering. Bedroom TV's are a total waste of time as cannot get anything to play on them. Living room couch needs replaced as well. We have been coming to this rental for about 5 years and all is the same. We do love the location and amenities are quite adequate.

We loved the condo and the location. The only issue we had was the ice maker did not work. In addition, there were no ice cube trays to fill in the event the ice maker did not work.

Absolutely beautiful condo! You have the view of the ocean from all windows. Very clean which I was impressed with. Exactly as described. Spacious enough for two couples and I liked the kitchen table size. The balcony was our favorite!!! Amazing view, shady enough so you can sit outside when its sunny and also perfect at night when you want to sit out there and have the wind blocked. Location was perfect and an easy walk to beach and to the strip. I also loved they give you a starter kit(trash bags, paper towels, etc), that was helpful. We will definitely rent this condo again.

We were very pleased with the unit! It was clean and just as described…. We didn’t spend too much time inside, but when we did it was comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 4. Front row unobstructed view of Morning sunrise over the beach was amazing! Close to lots of food, shops, mini golf, and convention center!

We were very pleased with the unit! It was clean and just as described…. We didn’t spend too much time inside, but when we did it was comfortable and plenty of room for our party of 4. Front row unobstructed view of Morning sunrise over the beach was amazing! Close to lots of food, shops, mini golf, and convention center!

We could comfortably lounge on the couches to watch TV, talk, and read; the table was a great size for our meals and games; the kitchen was very well stocked with glasses/mugs, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.; the beds were comfortable; and we loved the tall table and chairs on the balcony. Plus, because this is an end unit, you can sit on the balcony facing the ocean and turn around and look through the kitchen window and see the bay. I would stay here again!

A new favorite!
Four of us stayed here for 4 nights and we loved it. We could comfortably lounge on the couches to watch TV, talk, and read; the table was a great size for our meals and games; the kitchen was very well stocked with glasses/mugs, dishes, utensils, pots and pans, etc.; the beds were comfortable; and we loved the tall table and chairs on the balcony. Plus, because this is an end unit, you can sit on the balcony facing the ocean and turn around and look through the kitchen window and see the bay. I would stay here again!

The condo was spectacular. Wonderful ocean view for the sunrise and bay views for the sunset. The location is convenient to everywhere and only a few steps to the beach. We loved it.

We stayed here with our 2 kids. The apartment was bright and clean. View was amazing. The location was perfect because we could walk to the beach. It even had a washer drier in unit. Would recommend.
