The space is well-maintained and orderly. The lounge/breakfast area exudes a comfortable atmosphere that we greatly appreciate. The breakfast was satisfying, and the availability of convenient food and hot drinks added to the overall positive experience.
Nothing. It has now become one of our preferred places to stay.

Clean, breakfast okay, cheap, motivated staff also organized transportation to the airport.
Window only to the floor, really small, communication was not easy, booked double room and got two bed room instead.
And nothing the accomodation is responsible for: Semporna is ugly, do not stay here. Power blackout from 9 am to 7 pm (happens often).

The price per quality ratio is absolutely amazing. We stayed there 4 nights. Staff is super friendly, rooms are pretty small but with all comforts. Breakfast is great with sweet / salty choices, fresh donuts, fruits, cereals, juices etc. but far away from the jettys but you can take a Grab for 10RM or less to go to semporna centre (better stay away from the traffic and bad smells of jetties area).

Advise : staff are better to take care of cats. They sleep near the door. It is easy to step on cats.

I like the breakfast. Very tasty. Nice place to stay for a budget motel.

Not a lot really. The position is ok to stay away from the town centre but requires car or taxi to go to the jetty.
The rooms are in a corridor where people come in and out all the time and it is the sake corridor used for the breakfast. Incredibly noisy.
Also we chose this place based on the reviews. Someone said they had an "epic breakfast". There was only white bread with spreads and few biscuits. No cooked breakfast.
Also we found the toilet very dirty and stained with urine. We showed to the guy and asked the to clean. They said yes and when we came back nothing was done. We asked then why and magically they forgot how to speak English. We left the day after with the toilet still dirty. Useless people.

The early check in by 11am are very2 convineant for people like us who come far from Tawau with 2 years old bby .. the staff are very polite , we are very happy for the breakfast on our stay with the room in a cheap price they serve variand choice of light breakfast which is for me credit for this hotel ..

It's a nice little gem in Semporna. Feels like a home away from home. For the price there is even breakfast and stocked pantry for your tea/coffee/milo.
Space might be a little tight in the rooms but not a problem.

For the price, it’s excellent value. Almost everything was better than expected.
One towel has some yellow stains on it. The air conditioner took a while to cool the room.

In Room 8, there was some smell coming from the restaurant downstairs.

Given that there were no vans to get me from Tawau to Semporna, the staff at Ozzy kindly drove me.
It isn't what I didn't like per se, it's more of what could have made things better:
a) variety in breakfast
b) having shower gel instead of tiny soaps
c) there were guests smoking on the premise and this made the place smell like smoke

Very out of town, after staying in the actual town of Semporna later it turned out to be a good thing unless you want to do a tour.
Staff was helpful, asked friend to drop us off in the city center
Couldn’t arrange taxi for us, expected us to have the grab app for transport

Excellent budget option in Semporna where accommodations were limited during high seasons. The owner, Mr. Rahim was very friendly and helpful. He also owns 2 boats which can take you out to dive, snorkel or island hopping at a very reasonable rate. The lodging is new and clean. Breakfast was a big packet of coconut rice, some local kuih, bread, crackers
tea & coffee. More than enough for us to start our day. For the little price that we paid, we were very happy with our stay. Thank you.
