This property is absolutely stunning! The pictures dont even do it justice. Everything you could possibly need is provided onsite. Immaculately clean, nice linens and the kitchen could feed an army. The rear patio / pool area was to die for, the perfect way to take a break from the heat. Half a block off Duval with plenty of restaurants and shopping in walking distance. Checkin was very easy and our host was impeccable. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Loved, loved, loved this house. Everything was top of the line. The kitchen was so efficient and organized. The beds were so comfy. The decor was beautiful! The outdoor oasis was a wonderful retreat after walking around in the hot sun. We especially loved the Sonos sound system, allowing us to enjoy our own music. Management was excellent, we did have a small problem with the AC in one room, but it was fixed within minutes. Noise was not an issue at all, the floor fans were a bonus for all of us who love to sleep with white noise. Location was also perfect, we were able to walk everywhere. I highly recommend a stay at this property.

Property overflowed with character and charm. It was decorated beautifully, completely updated and modern. Everything was premium. Lots of thoughtful amenities from complimentary toothbrushes to a well stocked pantry and kitchen. Everything was organized and oh so comfortable. The beds were a dream, the bathrooms fantastic. The gas grill was awesome for eating in. The Sonos was a great touch for listening to our tunes. And the back patio and pool was like a resort. While we were a little worried about the noise in the neighborhood, from previous reviews, it turned out to be a non-issue. Yes, you could hear a little bit of music but it was pretty faint and none of us were bothered in the least. Theresa was incredibly responsive, replying to our questions in minutes. One of the air conditioners didn't work and it was fixed immediately, after we texted her (it was a breaker). The location can't be beat. We would stay here again in a second.

This was my first time visiting Key West, and I couldn't have possibly imagined how much I would fall in love with it. My Husband took me for our Anniversary and two other couples joined us. Everything was amazing! We loved the location of the property! It was so nice being able to walk to the shops, restaurants, and bars on Duval. I didn’t find it loud at all or have trouble sleeping. The house was so nice and had everything we needed. The backyard was amazing and we loved having a pool to enjoy. The host was very responsive every time I messaged and the cleaning people were very thorough when turning over the property to new guests. They even allowed us to leave our bags at the house before check in, so we could explore Key West! We had the most amazing trip and will definitely be back many times in the years to come 💕 Also recommend renting a golf cart from SunShine Scooters! We loved having one while there and they were great!

House was extraordinary. I don't know why others complained about noise.. it's Key West and was barely noticeable outside. Rooms were spacious and bathrooms were enormous. The Sonos speakers inside and out were awesome, especially by the pool. There is a ton of landscaping and as such, there is some foliage that can down that you need to skim from the pool. There were enormous TV's in the rooms, but we're not in KW to watch TV. Loved the art work and personal touches throughout.
A couple of very very minor rental unit things you can expect and I mentioned to the property manager to address, which they said they would immediately address. The non-stick pots and pans could be replaced. We only cooked one breakfast though, so didn't really bother us. Extremely clean. Could eat off the floors. Location is right in the middle of Duval off a quiet side street.
Even still, 10/10, would stay again.

We stayed here for a concert - 3 couples. We have rented many homes in different locations and this is one of the most beautiful homes we have ever rented. The layout is great, the pool was exceptional and the home is equipped with everything you need. Typically you have to buy basics - paper towels etc - but this home had everything. The location cannot be beat and it was pristine clean. We are particular and this home far exceeded our expectations. Would happily stay there again. And plan to do so!

The location and the property itself is very nice. However, the noise is unbearable. We heard thumping in till 3 AM in the morning, even ear plugs or even earplugs cannot drown it out. Additionally, if you’re looking for an early check-in or a late checkout, the owner was inflexible with either. Considering the amount of money you’re spending, we thought there would’ve been a little bit more wiggle room given the fact that there will be multiple people staying there and different schedules. The unit was clean and the beds were comfortable in bedroom one and two the smallest bedroom definitely needs new sheets. The current ones were very pilly and scratchy. Location was good.

The house was ideally located near everything you wanted to be. Even with its proximity to Duval Street, you never heard any late-night noise. The house was beautifully set up for every need. I highly recommend it, and will be staying again here next year!

We lived the location and the backyard oasis. It was nice being so close to shopping and restaurants. We were able to escape back to house any time needed during the day for the brief rain showers we had. Reason I give 4 stars instead of 5 is due to TV issues. The living room tv had an alarm that went off each morning at 7am. We couldn’t figure out how to turn it off. Also, you only receive basic tv channels. With price of listing, host should increase available channels through xfinity. Everything else was great. Lost power one night but that’s out of the hosts control. Would love to stay here every time we visit key west in the future.

Overall we enjoyed our stay here. The property was well maintained and it was obvious the owners do not cut corners. Details in this property were well thought out. Beds were comfy.
Unfortunately there was no Wi-Fi which meant no TV or internet. We checked in on a Saturday and no one could fix it till Thursday. Bummer. There is a loud bar adjacent to the property that keeps their music/party going till morning hours so be aware. However, there are white noise machines that are available so it’s not a huge deal.
Our group enjoyed our stay and being in walking distance to things. Not too bad for the price and we would come back.

You will want for nothing when staying here the owner has thought of everything you will need while staying at this beautiful and well maintained home. Great, clean house in a great location in Key West. We had a great stay at this property - it was clean, very well maintained, and in an amazing location for exploring Key West.
We appreciated the full set of appliances and kitchen tools ok good condition for use. Glasses, bar tools, knives, cutting boards, appliances, etc.
The pool area is a real treat. Great ambience and clean pool that was great for cooling off.
Stylistically the house was nicely designed with comfortable furniture and plenty of space. 2 of the 3 bedrooms are very nice sized with plenty of room to maneuver (the third is smaller but manageable). Easy transition from the kitchen to dining/family to outdoor.
AC works well (which is key for Key West), and fans are helpful for airflow.
Shops are walkable within a minute or two walk, easy for grabbing necessities or food.
We had 6 adults in our 40s - had a great time! Highly recommend this house.
