Everything was ok, kids playground nearby was a great plus. Photos reflect the apartment.

Lovely complex which was a 7 minute walk to the beach and shops. Quiet all around. The pool was cute and sun loungers fine. Communication with the host was via whatsapp but I was sent everything I needed, all catered for and key was easy to get. The room upstairs is lovely. The decor throughout has a sea theme which I loved hence why I chose this place. Two bathrooms too are great. There were things like bath products, teabags, washing powder which I think some guests had left and some host provided which is nice. I would definitely stay here again when visiting Lanzarote. All the people I met throughout my 7 days were very welcoming. I looked forward to getting back to the sunny duplex after a fun day out. Be mindful it is the top floor so beautiful sunny veranda, if you find climbing stirs difficult it may be difficult. I welcomed the exercise :)
