The beds were comfy. The condo is very clean and has everything you need. We loved sitting on the balconies. We were able to easily walk to the beach with all of our stuff and also walk to see the free Labor Day concerts at the 24th St and 31st St stages. Lots of yummy restaurants within walking distance - Benny’s for cheap giant pizza slices and Doc Taylor’s for the best brunch!

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this condo. This place is clean, spacious, and near everything! This condo having a garage was a big plus as we were able to bring our bikes and easily store them in the garage when we weren’t riding them. We were very comfortable staying in this condo, it was truly a home away from home. We would definitely recommend this condo and we would definitely stay there again!!!!

We didnt know what to expect but after a 15hr drive from Iowa we were impressed to see the place as described! Having a garage and driveway to park was a bonus, as that beautiful part of the beach is q 5 blocks so street parking is busy! We would recommended it to anyone! Thank you for the memories with my daughters!

This property was reasonably priced considering its location (just 2 blocks from the beach/boardwalk). House had any amenity we could ask for, including a garage to store vehicle at night (for peace of mind). It was also very clean, and all bedrooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were in great shape. Living room and two bedrooms even have cable TV! Owner was also very quick to respond to any messages/questions I had. Location was an ideal 15 minute or less drive to anything you would want to see in VA Beach. Highly recommend!

Our first family trip to Virginia Beach, aimed at attending my daughter's national track meet, exceeded expectations. We sought a location near the Virginia Beach Sports Center that provided ample space and comfort—essential for a teenager's privacy and mental preparation. Additionally, proximity to nightlife for post-event celebrations was a plus for us. This place delivered on all fronts. Despite less-than-ideal beach weather, the shore was conveniently just a short walk away. My only minor gripe was the request to wash and put away the dishes, which hardly mattered since we indulged in the local seafood scene most of the time. Overall, a fantastic stay!

Perfect location to the boardwalk! We parked and didn’t drive again the entire two days we were there! Walking distance to great food, bars and attractions. The condo had all the comforts of home and was super comfy and clean. Would definitely stay here again.

The check-in process was super easy and we had everything we needed. There was parking for two cars which was helpful because our group was traveling separately. We loved staying here. We were juuuuust close enough to the beach (our primary reason for visiting) while still feeling like we weren't in the middle of the action and noise. We had a small internet issue, and our hosts responded immediately and even offered to come by and fix it. They were able to talk us through the steps, and the issue was resolved within 45 minutes. This place is truly a find.

Spacious home, a block from the beach. Walking distance to restaurants. Hosts provided beach chairs and umbrellas, bicycles, and beach towels. Such a treat to not have to stuff the car with these items. Kitchen is well stocked with everything you need to cook. Will definitely stay there again!

We loved our stay here! Everything was perfect. Really enjoyed the four(!) balconies, from coffee in the morning to relaxing in the evening. With the location being only a couple blocks from the beach, it was easy for the beachgoers to come and go. Lots of restaurants, stores and entertainment close by. We stayed over July 4th and the fireworks display was top notch! We walked down to the beach minutes before it started and were back to the property minutes after it was over without having to deal with parking or traffic. Highly recommend!

It was like coming home everyday, everything you need to relax, balconies on each level, full kitchen to eat in. Cute beach condo very clean and comfortable. This is the 2nd year in a row that my son and I have stayed here while attending the Oceana Air Show. The home is nicely stocked and very clean and comfortable. We love the location, as it is within walking distance to many restaurants & shops. Sheri is very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We would definitely recommend this home.

Love the fact that my children had there own bathroom. Home was very comfortable. Just as pictured. The extra beach chairs were such a big save. The rinse off area is such a great idea not to track sand into the home. . Location was safe and wonderful. We will be back!!

This was my first time renting for my family vacation and this unit was perfect. Great walking distance to everything, especially the beach. Easy walking distance to the pharmacy, food, and other events. We took advantage of the local Freebee for rides, so we didn't even have to take the car out. The unit was very clean, had everything we needed, and plenty of space for everyone to relax. There were 5 of us including 1 child. The patios were wonderful and peaceful. I loved that we didn't have to worry about carrying keys around to access the unit as we came and went. Very easy. The owner was very responsive as well. I hope to stay again in the future!
