Nice leaving area and the terrace.

The property was perfect for me and my family, spacious and clean throughout. Perfect location, close to near by shops , restaurants and beaches. Our favourite beach was near the golden coast hotel a short 10 minute walk from the villa.

The property is in a great location in a gated side street. It is nicely furnished with plenty of space inside and out for a compact property. The owner is very responsive and took good care of us.

The host sent us detailed instructions on the day of arrival. The instructions included photos which were very useful. The host checked in with us the following day if everything was OK. If the 1st night was OK etc. This was much appreciated. // The villa has a lovely swimming pool that is in the sun pretty much all day which is really great. It is a stone's throw away from the nearest beaches. If you enjoy swimming in the sea, you will not be disappointed. The sea is mostly calm and ideal for long swimming sessions. We have rented a car but there is a little shop and a bus stop close to the villa so the car is really optional. The neighborhood is a very quiet residential area so if you want to get away from the madness of Agia Napa and Protaras / Pernera, it is definitely a great choice. // The house was well equipped including the kitchen. // The area around the pool is well equipped as well with comfortable lounge chairs. The big outside table is a huge plus as you can spend most of the time outdoors.
The foldable clothes drying rack is really worn out and should be replaced. :-) Apart from this, there is absolutely nothing to complain about and I do hope I will be back next year.

This villa is amazing with a nice view, it’s located in a quiet part of Protaras. It has clean and warm pool with some toys for children. The bedrooms are with air condition and fan also. There is a small church nearby. The kitchen was perfectly equiped.

Spacious and comfortable villa with a private pool. The villa was extremely well equipped, communication with the host was super fast and efficient and the location is just perfect. 5 mins walk to two beaches, 2 mins walk to the nearest bus stop. Ideal for family holiday, we loved it.
Having a dish washer would be nice, but we managed the old fashioned way:-)

The vacation was wonderful! We are very grateful to George for his caring attitude and hospitality. Nice villa with everything you need, veranda, pool and very quiet in the evenings. We had a great evenings with a bottle of white and rose wine. Good location, many beaches. Hope to come back again. Thanks George!

Villa is perfect for families with kids - well equipped (toys, water gear etc.), nice and safe location, everything clean, fresh-smelling towels, comfy beds, nice bathrooms, we felt instantly at home.
Location is super, in a very tastefully designed condo with neighbors who take care of the place and help if need be; close to beaches and restaurants; yet secluded enough to have privacy.
The pool and outside sitting area deserve special mentioning. Pool was cleaned several times per week and was spotless. Outside dining table and very comfy outside lounge furniture, all well designed and plenty of space to move around. In addition: really good poolside shower, which was awesome for us (no dragging wet kids through the house to shower upstairs).

Nothing. Everything perfectly fine.
If I had to name something to make it even better, here are some suggestions, but again, for us it was perfect the way it was:
1.) there’s aircon in the bedrooms, but not in the kitchen/ living space downstairs (there are fans, though). If you are a guest who wants to have it cool everywhere and all the time, this might be a detail you want to know
2.) there were no electricity-adaptors for the plugs, so unless you come from a „UK-plug-country“, you will have to bring some or go shopping (tiny detail, but the owner could easily
arrange this, I guess, and it would make guests very happy if they don’t need to run for the shops).
3.) I‘d give 11 points if there was a dishwasher. ;)

George is very responsive owner of the appartments. He is always proposed in the problems solving. The appartments situated near the sea. Everything is clean and fine. Don't hesitate to choose this appartments. And don't forget to feed cat's!!!😜
