The location was great.

No fire pit.

beautiful and spacious for a big family

theater room needs some maintenance had a leak in one of the bathrooms, refrigerator broken

enjoyed all the room, Hot Tubs, Pinball machines and Pool table.

Lady bugs in the bedrooms, the nasty mop wasn’t cleaned, the broom handle was Tin and broke off was very sharp. need to replace them.

WE LOVED OUR STAY BUT FORGOT A SPECIAL SANTA MUG ON THE COUNTER AND HAVE YET TO BE CONTACTED BY ANYONE AND TRYING TO CONTACT SOMEONE HAS BEEN IMPOSSIBLE

house was roomy and centrally located. plenty of places for family to be together or places you could be alone. Bears seemed really friendly but very messy.

a couple of the tvs in the bedrooms didn’t have remotes and couldn’t be used. upon arrival tried to get into one bedroom and door knob came off.

The property was nice and clean. Lots of space for the family to gather. Kitchen fully stocked with kitchen utensils and plenty towels. The stay was very nice.

The house was cozy and clean.

The house itself is nice. It's pretty and in a good area.

There were two roaches when we stayed! And it cost us 2400 dollars for a home with roaches! The carpets were sticky that was gross too. Other than that it was clean and nice. Customer service didnt do anything about the bugs. That pissed me off.
