Location was excellent. Rooms spacious. Breakfast area/ gathering area was a perfect size, well lighted and open for everyone. Also loved the entryway and fireplace sitting area.

There wasn’t enough staff to assist all visitors and the rooms and common areas were only surface cleaned. Mirror was extremely dirt and rug half vacuumed.

Everything was lovely from the check-in, to the room stay and breakfast the next morning. The room was very clean and modern with lots of amenities. The breakfast had an excellent selection of hot items, more than most other places we have stayed in.

The only very small issue we had was with the coffee maker. On arrival, we only had one pod of coffee so we asked for more which were delivered to the room, however they broke in the coffeemaker and the coffee became full of grounds, Coffee was available in the lobby however so it was not a big issue.

The property is conveniently located right off I-90 with many easy options for fuel and food nearby.

Writing this review a week after our stay. We prepaid for a Queen suite (two queens and sofa). Without saying anything, the hotel staff assigned us to a King suite (one king and sofa). This was unsuitable for the number traveling in our family. I asked for the Queen suite. They gave us a new room: a queen room with only 2 queen beds. Again, without saying anything. I asked for the Queen suite again. That was when I learned the Queen suite room was not cleaned or ready. The evening-shift front desk promised to make it right with a refund or adjustment given the smaller room. In the morning, I talked with the day-shift front desk too. They took notes, my contact information and said they’d make it right. No contact since then. No refund or adjustment. Lesson learned. I will not pre-pay for a room again.

Close to everything

Need to deep clean. Lots of dirt around wall edges everywhere you look. Breakfast buffet was sad. Expired milk. Lack of food. Eggs sausage bagels etc. No utensils. No juice

Rooms were not cleaned well, they left a dirty sheet on the bed with stains on it and put a comforter on top of it to try and hid it. The bathroom was disgusting. The bottom of the tub looked like it hadn't been washed in weeks, dirty scum everywhere in it and dirty black residue on the bottom. They did not supply us with any bath towels just a hand towel and wash cloth which had stains on them as well. Breakfast don't expect much, the pastries that they said they had was empty all morning, no milk for cereal, no bagels, or cream cheese were placed after being emptied because there is no staff to do so. Also the bathroom on the first floor to use by the pool and breakfast area was HORRIBLE, pee covering the toilet seat and floor and no toilet paper. Wish i would have taken a picture but i was to disgusted too. Overall very disappointed in this stay and wouldn't recommend it. If we didn't arrive at 10:30pm with a tired child I would have requested my money back once I seen the room and took my business else were. I hope that after I brought my concerns to the front desk while checking out that things actually change here so other people do not get a bad experience like we did.

It was close to the activities we had planned.

I booked 2 rooms, I called a head of time to see if we could have a joining room, we couldn't so the lady on the phone said she'd keep the rooms close and even assigned the rooms. When we arrived only one room was "ready" we got there little after 4! The other room I booked wasn't ready until 5:30! And it was on another floor. I complained about my room that you could clearly see someone spilled something and it splattered on wall and the back of the door bathroom was dirty too. I'm not a complainer but this has been the nastiest hotel I've ever stayed at as an adult. When we brought this to matter to the manager she said she was only there temporarily, and would refund me $20... smh never again! AND THEY NEVER CAME TO CLEAN AFTER I COMPLAINED. AND WAS TOLD TO LEAVE OUR DIRTY TOWELS OUTSIDE THE ROOM BECAUSE HOUSEKEEPING COULDNT COME IN!

The breakfast was not very good at all, very few choices and the 2 out of 3 hot items were very poor quality.

The room (208) was seriously dirty, bathroom, counters, refrigerator, floor, beds. I had to have staff get me clean sheets etc and remade the beds. There was literally blood on the toilet, food in the fridge, drinks splashed alll over the door, HAIRY soap in the soap holder, food on the wall and the floors were pretty nasty. I wiped off the bathroom counter and faucet and the wipe I used was nasty afterwards (see photos). There were two lights that didn't work in the room and the water pressure was horrible. The hotel is located in a convenient area though and the staff were all friendly.
