I am was pleased with this hotel. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The continental breakfast was enjoyable.

The beds were a bit hard. My main complaint is on the day of check out getting a knock of the door from housekeeping at 930 when check out is at noon. Its unprofessional and makes you feel rushed to leave.

Staff was very kind. The pool and hot tub were very nice. Close to a lot of activities. Breakfast was very good. Will definitely be back.

Our stay was 3 nights . As soon as we got to room received message that room is serviced every 3 days. Every day, had to get clean towels from front desk and put dirty towels outside door. If you needed anything had to ask for it. No extra tissues or toliet paper in room. Garbage overflow in room. I added shopping bag to help with garbage . I feel you go on vacation and pay too much for a room and get no service. Bathroom too small. Shower door really dirty on outside bottom. Peeling paint top of shower . Big gap in shower handle. I will not stay here again. Front desk you are awesome.

Easily accessible to shopping , dining & Presque Isle. Excellent breakfast served early. Friendly staff.

I wish are room would of had a bathtub

Was very upset the hot tub wasn't working and the wad one for my main reason to go there also the pool was freezing other time we went there it was warm

Breakfast and parking were both good. Check in was easy.

The shuttle was down for what we were told was a dead battery. And pool was also down for maintenance. Two amenities unavailable and no discount available. The shuttle was obviously an inconvenience for any wanting to go to splash lagoon in winter.
