Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en klantgericht, bood korting op de prijs aan na klacht over luidruchtige gasten in aangrenzende kamers.

Hotel van zaterdag tot zondag, zesde verdieping. Helaas daar ook groepen jongeren die luidruchtig waren in aangrenzende kamer. Het balie personeel verzocht deze gasten het geluid te beperken en bood ons een korting aan op de prijs. Geluid werd minder en groep vertrok maar kwam later op de avond weer terug en was weer enige tijd luidruchtig. Douchegordijn in bad/douche was veel te kort waardoor veel water tijdens het douchen op de vloer terecht kwam. Kamer was voldoende groot met een extra zitkamer en kitchenette. Helaas was de muur-en vloerbekleding in een somber donkere kleur. De verlichting was ongezellig.

Rooms were a great size. Nice and quiet. Over all great location and close to a bunch of different ammenities.

House keeping does not occur every day as you have to request it since Sandman still does the covid cleaning.

I liked the location plenty of restaurants Beds were comfy . Coffee station was ok they had skim milk only which is not the best for coffee whole milk is best or cream

The lobby needs some upgrading not much to do except go to the pool which was full of energetic kids so I skipped the pool . The sink in the bathroom was clogged The carpets need to be removed .

The staff at checkin was helpful but it amounted to an issue later on

They charged me for two nights instead of one And then at checkout they charged me the deposit again! Instead of refunding it

I liked the location, parking and room size and bed

The bathroom and hallways were not very clean. It grossed me out. The bath has old hair and scum and the shower leaked. The hallway had gross garbage.

They don't clean daily Room services are poor (they hang up on me when they put me on hold after waiting 3-4 min; when I called again they said “sorry we were busy that’s why we hanged up)

the property is close to basic amenities needed even if it’s an airport hotel. it’s clean and staff was friendly

I didn’t like the fact that the first room given to me had no air, was given another room and it had the same issue. I had to wait a while for it to be changed again but it ended up being ok because my room was upgraded to a suite because of the inconvenience.

The beds were not comfortable for us.. maybe others will be comfortable.. and the water in the taps was weak in the shower and sink..
