Friendly service, very nice apartment, excellent location

After being greeted by our Host we were shown to our apartment which had a really homely feel. Immaculately clean and providing everything you could need. Wifi was free and available at all times. Very light and airy modern and equipped with all kitchen essentials. Amazing power shower loved the bathroom n big white cozy towels shower gel n loo rolls provided. Very big rooms . The location was perfect .. literally a few minutes across the road to The Tunnels beach ( wear sensible shoes/sliders as very stoney) 15 mins walk down to the Harbour area and costal views all the way. Free parking ( sadly seagulls like to use the car in space 4 as their toilet ! Lift from 1st floor.

Nothing not to like really tho bed was quite low but comfy.

Excellent location, very modern and exceptionally clean inside. Had everything you would need. Host was friendly and helpful. Perfect location for attending a wedding at tunnels.

This has got to be one of the best apartments I have stayed in, absolutely fantastic highly recommend, great location, clean, fantastic facilities in the rooms. Staff are fantastic really welcoming and couldn't help us enough. Will definitely stay here again, value for money too, the price of the apartment is what you expect. Won't be disappointed

It was all good.

I really liked the personal touch upon arrival where we were met by a lovely host who was informative & friendly. This huge modernised apartment had everything we needed during our stay & it was extremely clean & tidy.

The bed was a little small for us as we are used to sleeping in king size beds & it perhaps could be enhanced by a better quality mattress but other than that the bedding was soft & clean & we couldn’t fault anything else within the apartment.

Modern,clean,very spacious apartment. Everything thought of that you need . Plenty of good quality crockery and kitchen equipment. Powerful shower and super comfy bed with clean,quality bedding. Owner met us in private car park with keys. Great location close to everything.

Nothing to moan about . Small point -- maybe a few hooks needed in hallway for coats . Some renovations ongoing on other apartments but this didn't cause us any problem or noise.

The bed was old, very uncomfortable and small especially considering the size of the room. As self catering could have done with plates and casserole dish that could go in the microwave and oven.

The apartment was lovely,the owners lovely and friendly and very helpful. Good location, handy for shops,restaurants and the beach.

The only negative thing that we found was the bed wasn't very comfortable.

Great location, walking distance from the beach and the harbour with all amenities. The apartment was modern, very clean and spacious, lots of light, equipped with everything you needed on self catering holiday. Private parking is a great bonus (although expect seagulls’s “creations” on your car as it’s seaside town!). Instructions were clear and helpful. Would stay there again.

Someone tried our door in the morning while we were there but our key was in a lock and they left, we assumed they got a wrong door!

Good location, clean and very spacious and comfortable accommodation, we had a lovely stay.

Enjoyed our stay, host was very friendly & welcoming. Apartment itself was spacious (there were 2 adults), modern and spotlessly clean. Location is good. There is currently still a bit of building work going on outside & refurbishment in the corridor areas but this didn’t bother us at all.
