We had a wonderful stay at the Sheridan Hearthstone. It’s well appointed and very conveniently located but in a quiet neighborhood away from the hustle and bustle. The neighbors were so friendly and welcoming to our whole family. We even got to enjoy one last snow while we were there! Highly recommend Urbanize and this home if you want a family friendly getaway close to the mountains but away from the traffic.

Very clean, immaculate!! Comfortable beds. Super convenient location which was awesome. Were not allowed to use the fireplace though - maybe that was somewhere in the description and I missed it? Coffee pot did not work, cabinet hardware fell off, door hardware in second bathroom fell off, scratchy motel towels, single-ply gas station toilet paper (had to buy our own). Also, the poor next door neighbor has a dog that has to deal with different dogs coming to the VRBO all the time. Total bark-fest. The VRBO owners are making enough money to be GOOD neighbors and build a solid fence to spare that poor woman and her dog so much distress. Decent enough place, but some issues that can easily be fixed.

Great neighborhood. Close to everything we needed. Good restaurants nearby. House has everything you need. Beds are the most comfortable that we have found in a VRBO.

Easy access to bicycle trails and Lake Loveland. This house is far enough West that access to the mountains is easy. The house was very clean and comfortable.

It was great!! Exactly what we needed. We were going to a UW game and it was halfway between Denver and Laramie. The ownership team was responsive and helpful. I’d definitely rent from them again!

We had the most wonderful stay at the Smilin' Moose and will 100% stay here again if available! It was Super clean and very well appointed with everything we needed and then some. The beds were very comfortable and there was a great pet area in back for our small dog. We also loved the ability to park in the garage if needed. There is absolutely nothing negative to say about this wonderful townhome. There was even a nice welcome note when we arrived along with some delicious gourmet cupcakes thanking us for our flexibility. Thank you again for a most wonderful stay!

Short stay for homecoming/parents weekend at CSU. Very clean property well stocked with coffee and tea. Enjoyed the beautiful fall colors and watching the squirrels from the back porch thanks to all the old trees around.

We enjoyed our stay in Loveland. It was our first time to the area and this was a great home base!
We hiked, trail rode on horseback, rafted and shopped - most everything we did was within an hour. The house was clean and well appointed with all the things those coming by plane don’t want to have to buy (paper products, coffee, soap etc).
The management was super helpful and easy to reach! The back porch was quiet and nice to sit on in the mornings. Very happy with our stay!

The home has everything we need to make it our home away from home. The kitchen has what we need to make meals, and everything is in working order. It’s a short drive to downtown. We also enjoy walking to the sculpture garden just a few blocks away.

We had everything we wanted! House is in a nice subdivision, nicely decorated and provided lots of household staples that made it cozy and fun. Enjoyed the back patio, sidewalks and a short distance to a park, shops and breweries.

Lovely Space
We enjoyed this lovely house on our recent trip to Ft. Collins. Easy to get to with good access to the Ft. Collins/Loveland area. Very nice atmosphere and comfortable space. I would only mention that it is wheelchair accessible, but not accessible for an electric wheelchair. We love to stay here again. Thank you

This house was absolutely wonderful! It was immaculate and the attention to detail that has been made was great - from the nightlights in the bedrooms to the well stocked kitchen. All we had to do was unpack our clothes. Everything in the house is of high quality. If you're thinking about staying, don't hesitate because you'll be very pleased and happy that you did.

Nice, clean, well kept house with all the requiste amenities. Most attractive part for me was the short walking distance to the Benson Sculpture Garden, one of its kind in the whole country. I walked to the scupture garden several times during the stay. I recommend this house whole heartedly.

We had such a great time! The rental was like a home away from home. Had everything we needed to come home every evening, cook dinner and get a good night's rest. Really enjoyed waking up and sitting on the back patio, listening to the birds and enjoying the peace!

What a beautiful cottage. Perfect for our family to enjoy the week leading up to our daughters wedding. Convenient to restaurants, shops, entertainment and the venue Sweetheart Winery. Comfortable clean and spacious. Exceeded our expectations. Luxurious linens stunning artwork and beautiful yard just add to the charm. Highly recommend and hope to be back!
