We had a wonderful week renting this home located in Kennebunk Maine. The homeowners were wonderful to work with and very helpful. The home worked perfectly for our family of six. We enjoyed cooking in the kitchen. We also liked the fire-pit & the hot tub in the big back yard. We loved being able to walk to town in the mornings for coffee, to shop, go to restaurants or go out for ice cream. We rode the bikes provided to the beaches and to fish. There are plenty of beach chairs, boogie boards coolers and a beach umbrella. There’s so much to do in this little town and we look forward to coming back to this beautiful home again soon.

Our 3 night stay here was great. We were there for our sons wedding in downtown Kennebunkport. The location of this home is so close to town that we never used our car from the day we arrived. This is a well kept, well supplied
and clean older home. The back yard is perfect for kids and adults. Will surely stay here again on our next trip to Kennebunkport.

We stayed for a week with our 2 kids, ages 3 and 4, and one set of grandparents. We all had our own space, and didn’t feel cramped. We entertained company with a large dinner party, we enjoyed the hot tub, playground and spacious backyard! If all that wasn’t enough, it’s the proximity to town that really made the trip. We walked to dinner (and ice cream) nearly every night. There is also a town playground a short walk away! Can’t beat this for a family with little kids.

My family and I have been coming up to Kennebunk for many years as our family has a house there. We can this summer as a larger family to celebrate my parents 50th Anniversary and this wonderful home was a hop,skip and a jump away from our relatives property. It was beautiful, well stocked with towels, linens and all the amenities needed and we had some special considerations with our trip. Brian the property manager was a delight- he was attentive, responsive to questions we had, in taking so many hours to fix a Wi-Fi issue we were having and to recommend dining options and to help us with a big party last minute reservation at the wine bar. I would 100% recommend this property and will absolutely be back!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The house was spacious, well equipped and very clean. The backyard was huge. The outdoor shower was a plus and great for rinsing off when coming back from the beach.
The location was perfect, just a short walk to town and a short drive to the local beach.

Exactly as advertised. Short walk to all Kennebunk has to offer. We had 9 folks and we fit comfortably in the authentic house. Great house for entertaining with very large backyard, fire pit, hot tub and large deck. We had a blast.

My family and I rented this home for a family wedding in Kennebunkport. It was a great location, except for road noise from being on the main road through town. The house is lovely, plenty of parking, and the back yard/deck/fire pit and hot tub were just as you would want...maybe nicer! The kitchen is nice. The house is truly turnkey. Our host was awesome!

Amazing stay! We recently had a new baby and planned a family reunion in Maine so that family could get to know the baby. It was a perfect location - a stone’s throw to downtown and could walk to Ocean Ave/Walker’s Point/Gooch’s Beach from there. With three generations, there was something for everyone within walking distance. Brian the host was phenomenal. He went above and beyond to check in on us and make sure we enjoyed the stay. He even helped us get a dinner res the Sunday of Labor Day when we were struggling to find one! Truly the best, hope to return soon!

Family wedding weekend
A large family wedding, 800 plus miles from home, meant finding accommodation for everyone. We braved the logistics for flying a young family of four (2 babies on a plane from NC to ME), a single adult on a separate flight, a family of 3 driving in from CT (also with an infant), meanwhile my husband and I drive the entirety of 877 miles with 2 carseats prepared for airport pick up and all of our luggage in tow. Thankfully, the plan worked almost flawlessly. We found ourselves quite comfortable in this charming and VERY conveniently located home. A last minute call to the owner even yielded us a spare playpen and highchair. We were within walking distance of everything we needed for our extended stay and just a few minutes drive to the wedding and other festivities. Beds were quite comfortable. The hot tub was a bonus for the tired young parents. The kitchen was well appointed (we cooked every night). The kids loved the play set in the backyard. The owners are kind and incredibly helpful. It was our first big family trip since all of the grandchildren came along. I'm so glad that it proved successful, thanks largely to this cozy little home and it's wonderful owners.

The older home has a ton of charm. The hardwood floors and fireplace are very inviting.
We loved the outdoor fireplace to enjoy evening chats.
The hosts were very responsive and cared about our stay.
We did purchase two pans to cook breakfast in, the ones there needed to be retired. We left them there for future guests to enjoy.
Overall we couldn’t have found a better spot to have our family reunion.

A perfect house in a perfect location
The host Brian was fantastic, very responsive, friendly and helpful! The house has all the amenities and the backyard with the firepit + grill + swing set and hot tub are great for back yard barbeques and hanging out with friends. It's a short walk to the downtown and bike ride to the beach -- so everything you need is close! The bedrooms were all spacious and had plenty of options for sleeping and areas for storage. I'd recommend to others and hope to be back again soon!

I really enjoyed my stay at Brian's place in Kennebunkport. The house was lovely and we made sure to avail ourselves of the hot tub and the firepit. It's right next to downtown and has all the amenities. I would definitely recommend this VRBO to others!

Everything was even better than expected!
The house is in a great location and was very comfortable for our family of 7. The house was clean and the beds comfy. We used the firepit and the hot tub, and loved being so close to town, yet far enough away that we enjoyed the quiet. The hosts were extremely accommodating and quick to respond to any questions. I really wouldn't have changed a thing - it was the perfect place to stay and I highly recommend.
