Just about perfect. The location was amazing and puts you in the heart of things. The unit was very nicely furnished with comfortable beds, reclining sofa and chair, and fully stocked kitchen. I think this was the first time I did not have to go out and buy something for the kitchen. Brew coffee your way with 3 styles of coffee makes including 2 Keurig systems. Plenty of good quality towels, linens and beach towels. Good assortment of beach toys, chairs and a boogie board made the grandsons happy. Large table had plenty of space for family meals and a ongoing puzzle. Balcony views were very nice. Only negative was this condo building has not rebuilt its outdoor patio, pools or stairs to the beach, however the city has reopened its pedestrian beach access that's only one building away. Highly recommend.

The only down side to our stay was the pool and getting to the beach. No pool, it was being repaired and no access to the beach. The Condo was great and everything in it was super. Thanks for the privilege of staying there.

Pros - Best property I have ever stayed in! Amazing view, Huge 2000 sq. ft. of space condo, very comfortable beds, high quality couch, big screen TVs in every room, Everything you could ever need in the kitchen. We were amazed at this place and did not want to leave! This is not a place someone just set up as a rental, this is clearly someone's living property with quality furniture and appliances that they are just renting out at the moment. You won't find a better rental unit in this area, you should feel lucky if this is available for you to book.
Cons - Beware if you book last minute. We booked the same day we wanted to arrive and ran into trouble with the HOA. When you book, Vacasa will send you a HOA contract that you have to sign and send back to them, which they then send to the HOA of the building. If the HOA doesn't have this when you arrive, they will tow your car if you try and park. Make sure you give at least 2-3 days for this to happen.
Second con - Check in is 4pm and you have to pick up the key to get into the building itself from the Vacasa office, which is 10 mins away. Once you have that key, you can then drive to this condo and get into the building, where you will find the HOA office in the lobby. However, the HOA office closes at 4:30. So, if you dont pick up the vacasa key exactly at 4pm and then drive quickly to the condo, then the HOA will be gone for the day and you cannot get your parking pass for the night and will be towed. The HOA is also not there on the weekends so if you arrive on the weekend it sounds like you will not have a parking pass until Monday. They have a box in the lobby that says "weekend parking passes" but that box was always empty. It seems like this whole thing is setup to make you fail. Vacasa should make check-in at 3:30pm at least so you have time to pick up the key and then drive to the condo and deal with the HOA. In my case, I arrived at the condo at 4:20 and the HOA didn't have my contract from Vacasa so wouldn't give me a pass and then they left promptly at 4:30 so I had to find another place to park for the night and I figured it out the next day. Just make sure you book a few days early and make sure you pick up the key and arrive at the condo before 4:30 and you should be fine. To be honest, you will have an assigned parking spot in the garage anyways that belongs to the owner so even if you dont have a parking pass and parked in the spot you are supposed to, I cant imagine it would be a problem, as nobody else should be trying to park there but you. Still though, it's a risk if the HOA want to be strict about it.
All in all, don't hesitate to book this spot. We stayed in Daytona for 3 months and had 3 different rental units and this was by FAR the best! We actually tried to cancel our 3rd spot and stay here longer but alas, it had already been booked months out when we tried. We will definitely try to get this unit again if we come back to the area.

With only 1 bad review I thought I couldn’t go wrong. But everything the bad review said was true. The condo is amazing, perfect, lovely. The management is horrible. I waited an hour and a half to get a key. One key. The condo sleeps up to eight. We had five. Spent so much time meeting up with each other to pass keys around it was ridiculous. Did get a second key. Still, I don’t have. The people I contact with the management we’re not even in Florida. I had to pay fees to VACASA but I only booked through VRBO and I should not have had to pay extra fees. When I asked about that they gave me the runaround. Even the condo manager had issues with this company. Only one parking space guaranteed and they didn’t tell me which one it was I had to ask the condo manager. And during bike week it’s almost impossible to get an outside parking spot. So that was deceiving. And every time I tried to contact VACASA through the email I would not get answers. Love the condo not the management.

I mean these thought of everything. I won’t ruin any surprises. I want anyone who rents to be as excited and in awe as me. But they literally had everything. My parents rented the Pent house at the same time I rented this condo, and there were things they wish they had in the pent house. 2 weeks wasn’t long enough. Thanks for letting us borrow your home!

This condo does have a nice view.
Having rented many times during my life this is the first negative review I have ever had to give. On arrival there were no keys for the condo .. After calling all the numbers given and getting no one to answer I had to call the headquarters. I received a call back in 45 minutes. Vacasa then had to find the key which had been taken home with the housekeeping service's housekeeper. After nearly two hours in the hot parking lot I had one master key to the condo.
There were no parking passes in the condo and none outside the office as stated in the instructions. The next morning I had a paper on my car saying that I was illegally parked and would be towed.
The master bathroom shower was moldy. Since there were two adults staying with different schedules I called and asked where the second key was located. I was told several places and there was not a key. The master key gets you in the condo building and into all the amenities. After nine days .. a second key was delivered. This was not acceptable.
Also the advertisement had stated that there were two designated parking places. Before renting I had called to confirm and had been told that there were two spaces. But ..there was only one and the second was first come fist serve outside. Since a third of the parking lot is closed because of renovation purposes the person not parking in the garage sometimes did not have a parking space when coming back to the condo.
In a month .. we never were able to get the TV's to move to the regular cable. Since we watch little TV and it had taken so long to get a second key I never called and complained about this problem.
The condo was acceptable (with problems). Vacasa was not acceptable .. I must say that Joseph, the host, did try to make things right but the problems should have never happened.

Our stay here was so wonderful we even extended our already 2 week trip to add another 1.5 weeks! The place was beautiful, the view was amazing and April, our main contact, was phenomenal!. April was extremely attentive and very quick to respond and resolve any issue quickly. Jackie was our alternative contact when April was off and she was just as responsive and helpful. Overall, we had a wonderful experience here and will be back and recommend it to anyone we know.

This condo was by far the prettiest I've ever stayed in it was spacious and clean the amenities were substantial in the condo. The only challenge was because of what's going on in the world right now the pools the clubhouse and the library were all closed but we enjoyed our time together and walking along the beach. I would definitely recommend this condo it was beautiful inside and out and the owners obviously take great pains to make it extremely comfortable. My hat's off to the owners on making this way above the ordinary on all the decorations and everything that is provided Within.
