Great location near Central Mall, near Old Town. Very comfortable and spacy room. Beautiful swimming pool, nice sauna and fitness room. Laundry machine and vending machine for snacks and drinks were available. Good parking area.

We had a car, so nothing was bad about it, mas I didn't notice restaurants around, except for the mall. Other then that, everything is great.

the room was big and comfortable and the pool and gym were clean. the staff were really helpful. we stayed here as it was close to the boat office to travel to koh Tao and was also close to Phuket central

not much to not like! it’s not really close to anything else apart from Phuket central and doesn’t really have many restaurants close by

GREAT STAY WITH DIRECT POOL EXCESS

the twin room was very so spacious and well laied out. we loved that i5 had a 7/11 vending machine which was good for quick dinners. and the fish pond was beautiful.

the electricity went out for over an hour and we were given any information.

near the city and near biggest mall in Phuket which is Central Phuket

Breakfast is not included because the restaurant is not done yet. But overall the hotel is brilliant

the pool was lovely, the location was central but you do need a car or own transportation to get around, the price was very good and the hotel has huge potential. sheets changed and fresh towels daily, beds VERY comfortable

the restaurant or pool bar wasn’t open but wasn’t made aware of this when we booked. the hotel was tidy but wasn’t very clean unfortunately which really let it down as it’s a very nice hotel but isn’t being maintained very well and I feel if the attention to detail and the cleaning standards isn’t raised the hotel will go down hill. we stayed for a month and there just wasn’t enough facilities for this kind of stay, nowhere to even put our clothes away in the room which was a big struggle with 5 people and a months worth of belongings, no mirror in room had to go buy one.
