Zentrale Lage, Räume klimatisiert, Swimmingpool

Wir haben die größte Suite gebucht. In dieser war zwar eine Küche enthalten, aber keine Herdplatte und auch sonst keine Ausstattung, bis auf 3 Löffel und Tassen war die Küche komplett leer. Die Zimmer sind funktional, aber lieblos eingerichtet. Das Hauptbett ist gemütlich, die Ausziehcouch im Wohnzimmer eignet sich überhaupt nicht zum schlafen (dünne Matratze mit dickem Plastiküberzug auf dem man schwitzt). Die Lage ist sehr gut, da sehr zentral. Es ist aber auch sehr laut und die Suite ist überhaupt nicht gegen den Schall geschützt, daher hört man den Straßenverkehr sehr deutlich. Aufgrund der dünnen Wände heizt sich die Suite auch sehr schnell auf, wodurch die Klimaanlage unnötig stark laufen muss.

Didn't eat breakfast at the hotel. Pool was great and the two staff named FAII we exceptional.

The shower was broken and not enough bottles water for 2.

Nothing as very difficult to communicate with stuff. Not at all professional. They have to ask everything from Manager. Even after asking water they did not bring the water bottel.

It was close to the mall

It was right on a major road and not soundproof! Sleeping with earplugs is a must here.

Excellent location if you want to explore old phuket town.

Bathroom cleanliness was not top notch. Expected a little more space and cleanliness as I had requested especially.

Rooms are fantastic. This is located right across the road from the Lomprayah bus company if you're planning to take the bus and boat to the islands.

No footpaths on the roads so if you want to walk anywhere you have to be careful
