Not even the freezing temperatures spoiled our enjoyable stay.

The lodge was warm and comfortable and well equipped. The location was lovely.

I stayed in button Lodge it was so cosy I loved the jacuzzi and swimming pool The staff were absolutely brilliant

I'm a returning customer. I love it here, it's quiet, the food it great, the staff are friendly and I love to walk around the property and image what it was like when the "big house" was still operational.

Lovely location, friendly staff and excellent facilities. My children loved the swimming pool. There is lots to do in the surrounding area as well

The area and surroundings was really nice. The lodge over all was good. The staff were excellent and very helpful. We had problem with the Shower and a member of maintenance staff turned up in about 30 minutes.

The bedroom door we had didn't close properly but that wasn't a problem. No can opener in the cutlery drawer.

Lovely location. Kitchen had everything needed and a very comfortable bed. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

If the toilet was not smelly.It needs some painting and the sofas look old and tired.The bed was very hard.Double bedroom was cold as the part of the heating was not working

Staff were friendly. We asked for somethings to be done and it was attended to straightaway. Also our stay was not for a long lenth of time so we had to make use of every minute to accomplish what we booked the week end for.

The lodge was not aired and there was some allergy or irritant that gave my colleaque a very disturbed time for almost three days and he was having severe hay fever attacks and had to keep on taking tablets. He could not fully enjoy his stay in the lodge also we had G1 which was very compact and not airy for such an incident. also he kept knocking his elbow and arm on the fire extinquisher as he passes by. He has got a bad arm as well due to earlier injury from an accident and it was not helpful to get knocked all the time. We also had issues with the wi-fi.

Pantglas resort of about 20+ varies sizes of delightful logs cabins surrounded by trees, is amazing. My expectation was exceeded by the staff, cabin and location, in that order. The resort was out of season and the main restaurant wasn't yet open, however, Pantglas is so lovely. We enquired about the 3 to 5-year timeshare membership. Our cabin had storage heaters and a log fire, (we upgraded), full-sized kitchen with dish washer, infra-red heating in the bathroom, a comfy bed, a comfy sofa and real, rustic woodland experience. I slept alot. So comfortable and relaxing.

There is a leisure suite on-site, the staff are attentive and friendly. However, the swimming pool and the jacuzzi are old now and need substantial investment and new planning. We heard the site is growing to allow for more log cabins, which is a positive move forward in the business growth. I've managed a few leisure facilities in the last few years in the commercial and London corporate sectors and the potential for rebuliding a magnificent facility at Pantglas resort is vast. Since more families may not travel abroad for the next few years, this could be a good investment, Pantglas resort and spa has great potential. Look at the Nirvanna Spa in Reading for some inspiration. If Duncan Bannatyne can pull off a spa and gym, anyone can! A word to the wise, check local pubs are open before travelling on a Sunday, and the open pubs stop serving food after 3 pm. Don't always believe the posters! Call and check.
