travelling with family and each having an ensuite was amazing. Walking distance to town is awesome as parking in Queenstown can be a huge pain. 5-10 min walk for groceries and all the restaurants. Host was friendly and helpful. Apartment was cleaned very well on check-in

finishes and furniture are super cheap (broken sofa, wobbling tables, wall skirts lifting, scuffed walls) which for us, really let down the feeling of luxury that it could have been. Cleaning was a bit inconsistent (tea towels were taken and never replaced) and would have been good to have at least one vacuum and surface clean-up during the week. No soundproofing which was normally not an issue but there were a few times it was very annoying. Area is generally very quiet though.

So central, each family member had ensuite, so spacious. Management responded quickly to a blocked sink we had. Keypad entry worked well with 4 adults coming and going.

Located short walk to CBD and close to everything. Apartment was cleaned regularly during our stay and was nice and warm. 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms was perfect for our family. Liked the heated bathroom floors and lots of hot chocolate.

Bathroom sink was semi-blocked, so didn’t drain well, the toilet ran constantly and the heated bathroom floor didn’t work for a couple of days. Some of the finishing in the apartment wasn’t finished, eg ceiling in kitchen.

Walking distance tooth centre. Unit was perfect. Was the size of a house. Spacious. Quiet. Would return in a heartbeat.

The location was perfect and the facilities within the apartment were awesome.

Unfortunately my room had not been cleaned since the last stay and one of our beds were broken. There was a vacuum left in the doorway but definitely no vacuuming had been done, bags of rubbish left on the kitchen floor and was a mess in general which made for an uncomfortable sleep not knowing what’s clean and what’s not. For $600 I would expect a clean room… the other problem was we had to park in payed parking as someone else had taken our rooms park.

only one car park for a three bedroom apartment wasn’t great, and the fact that the only other parking was in a paid parking area was annoying. also whoever was the builder shouldn’t have been paid as the finishing in the apartment was embarrassing, could do with a paint and run through with a decent builder.
