View, quiet, location-close to town area but quiet, walkable distance to town area. The fact that they are not serviced daily, to some this is not ideal but for us, I think that means we don't need to wake up early to avoid the cleaners... we just keep the apartment clean ourselves, made up our own bed, clean the dishes - there's dish washer in room! so no problem at all. Would be good if there is Dyson vacuum cleaner in the room.

The fridge makes some strange beep soon as we open the door. The main sliding door was broken not lockable but not a huge issue assuming no one climb up to the upper floor.

Spotless cozy comfy room with everything you could need. The staff were friendly and the huge bed was amazing :)

My credit-card was linked to my booking and I had intended to pay with my debitcard, however the motel attempted to charge my credit card and was declined so I received many phone calls that I missed due to my phone going flat from using Google maps. We didn't get to our room until late the first evening when the office was closed, and I charged my phone that night. I received a phone call on our first morning there to tell me our room key card would not work after 3pm that day unless I went and paid . I found this odd, as often I pay for a motel when checking out, and I had intended visiting the office as we left for the day, later that morning.

my fiancé and I arrived in the late evening so upon arrival our room was perfect, it was warm, quiet and comfortable. after waiting hours at the airport, we really couldn’t ask for more! Once morning came, our jaws dropped when we opened the curtain 😍 there was mountains with snow, a stunning lake and clouds that basically said good morning at my height level! it was the type of view you only see in movies. it was absolutely BEAUTIFUL

our tv could not connect to Netflix, YouTube etc.

The lack of communication with staff. Was hard for us to contact the office when we needed and I personally thought the office should of been open later.

The room was great (second time we have stayed here) Facilities are awesome, the fire is great the views are amazing.

Structure of the apartment is not comfortable. Entrance to the toilet from the bedroom. At evening you can not open the door to the porch because of the flies that are coming in. Price is quite high.

It was my 30th birthday and was greeted with some chocolates, lovely gesture! Very clean and modern.

amazing outlook, generally well appointed room

very hot when we arrived, no fans or a/c. we opened the windows and then the room filled with insects… very disturbed nights sleep killing insects and as blinds rattled. very disappointing that there was no Reception support or services during our stay. communication about this was terse and unapologetic. we had issues with the wifi and no one to help fix it. it wasn’t an hospitable experience.

Obviously the view is out the gate incredible. But rest of apartment is lovely to, good cooking facilities & appliances.

Shower needs more water pressure

The apartment has exceeded our expectations. The place was clean and has really great views, it was a joy waking up to amazing views during our stay. Even though they were lacked of staff, everyone was friendly and kind and we really appreciate the help that was provided to us. We absolutely love the apartment and will highly recommend it to anyone who is looking for accommodations in Queenstown.

Good location, nice clean room, good size for 2 of us. Plenty of parking.

No sky, do DVD player, the few channels we did have took forever to change. Cupboard doors need fixing as they didn't shut properly. Got scalded in the shower when the toilet was flushed!

Room was large and comfortable, the view was amazing especially at sunset.
