When the lift and coffee machine stopped working 😏

Good location walking distance into town only a few minutes walk. Smart TV was cool to be able to watch a movie at the end of the day. Staff were really friendly we were able to leave bags before and after check in so we didn’t have to carry them around.

Sink was dirty and shower drain was smelly. Only one pillow each on bed.

Good location just past the centre of town, with a view from the roof, but without having to walk up the steep hill. Modern decor.

I was near the elevator, so had significant noise every time it was used (I had requested a quiet room when booking). The automatic lighting for stepping off the bed, or going to the bathroom was very bright. The booking.com page said there was luggage storage, and a question in 2020 from a previous guest had asked that and the reply was simply that the staff would be happy to help. When I asked, I was told it was the published policy of 5 NZD per bag per night. I couldn't find that on booking.com, but I looked and found it on their website. If correct, it's simply unnacceptable, and I cancelled my night after the hike and found somewhere else, even for more money (and Queenstown is already very expensive), both because they looked after the bag for free, but also they did what they advertised.

Everything was first class as to be expected in a hotel. Mi pad is above the noise of Queenstown’s hustle and bustle but only a short walk to cafes, shops, restaurants and the lake. I especially liked the complimentary coffee vending machine near my room. I also liked the automatic light system and the rooftop terrace. The desk staff were very friendly.

This property was in a fantastic location, easily reached by bus from the airport, walking distance to the main hub of Queenstown. I loved that hair straighteners were provided and the free hot drinks option was an added bonus. The rooftop terrace is fantastic and the staff members really friendly. The lady on reception even allowing me to use their phone as my Wifi wouldn't connect. I highly recommend this property!

The road works around the property, however that is not the faut of Mi Pad. I struggled getting enough WIFI to use WhatsApp but that may have been my phone.

The very clever sensor lighting ✨️ that came on under the bed and above the toilet at night. The sun deck with magnificent views on the top floor.

Really modern comfortable room with helpful staff. The only thing I didn't like was my pillow. I prefer a flat one.

Close to Queenstown. With in walking distance. Clean and was cheap for the queenstown prices.

The tv was hard to use with the WiFi and room number as it was on a new system and sometimes it worked and sometimes it didn’t.

Awesome location, minutes walk to everything in town. Great staff that is super helpful and nice. Clean and modern rooms with nice lighting, fast internet and Chromecast TVs. Hot beverage vending machines were nice, hot chocolate and chicken soup were great.

Small things. Rooms are a bit small, no room for storage. Bathroom lights were sensor based and kept turning on or off when I'm on the loo. Wasnt a good place to store towel when showering. No fridge or kettle. Also lots of road work around the hotel, no view from the window.

Location ideal for town, bus transfers and skii buses. Warm comfortable rooms were cosy after a long day of activities. Coffee machine had good options. Social room on the bottom floor was comfy. Friendly staff were a plus always ready when we needed to get rental gear from the lockers. .

The app to access the room and facilities did not work for one of our phones. The key card was far easier to use to be honest. Ice and vending machines perhaps add too much noise to the experience, but we were happy nonetheless. Thankfully the ice machine was not working on our floor.

Location and social spaces, lots of plugs, clean sleek look.

Did not enjoy the sensor lights under the bed because every time we picked up something the lights would light up most of the room, same with the toilet. No Netflix on the TV. Walls were very thin, heard people next door coughing and talking. Bed was not very soft, very noisy and squeaky, would be nice to have spare pillows

Very nice hotel. Minimalist vibe but it had everything you need and is better than other hotels i’ve stayed at in terms of the value. Beds are comfortable. They have GHD straighteners and hair dryers in the room which was amazing. Room cast was amazing!! Because you didn’t have to watch basic hotel tv which is the worst so having a casting service was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. And they have complimentary coffee/hotchoc/tea and chai machines on each floor which was amazing. The hot chocolate and the spiced chai were delicious. The technology in the room was great. Sensored lights under the bed and in the bathroom was night if you had to get up in the middle of the night. And the app was good if you had any questions or requests

The only thing is on the app, I requested an extra pillow and it didn’t come until the next day although it said it would be delivered by 9pm. (15mins after placing the order. And I also felt the app was pointless in the end because i still had to check in with the front desk and the app couldn’t generate the key so i got a key from reception anyway. I can see this would be great if it did work but it wasn’t so it just felt like an extra unnecessary step. These are very minor things though and i would still stay there.

The ease of which to find the property, and how close it was to town. How new and modern everything was, and the app was super easy to use!

Excellent location adjacent to the center of Queenstown. The accommodations were minimalist, but seemingly quite new and very clean. Bedding was quite comfortable.

Room was good cool light options for a couple and nice modern . Free drinks were great.

Only problem was A/C was very noisy and quite uncomfortable to get to sleep with air conn air blasting.

The wifi wasn’t amazing and the heated towel rack didn’t work.

everything was good. the room is small but okay. they have a free drinks, so every morning is good for me no need to go outside to get a cup of coffee
