We had a beautiful vacation on Anna Maria Island 🏝️. The house exceeded our expectations. For a group of 10, there was plenty of space, fully functional kitchen, the washer/dryer was helpful for many sandy/salty towels, and the pool/hot tub were awesome. It’s a quick walk to the beach. Book a stay here. You won’t be disappointed!

Nine of us stayed for the week of June 8. Kids were 2,6,& 8 with 6 adults. The layout was just right for us.
The pool and shade area was great for afternoon swims when it was too hot at the beach. Manatee public beach with all of the amenities was just across the street.
Inside the house the furniture was not too formal and not too cheap. We didn’t have to worry with the children. The large coffee table has a puzzle going on it the whole week.
We would be happy to stay here again!
Management was available by text and very responsive to our few extra needs.
*The floors could be cleaner but the bathrooms and kitchen were perfect.

This place was excellent! The proximity to the beach made this trip excellent! We could walk to the store if we needed anything, and ride the free trolley around the island. The house was perfect! We loved all the beach chairs and wagon. Pool was beautiful!

We spent a wonderful week at Beach View Retreat. The house was fully stocked, very clean and easily accommodated our family. The beach was right across the street. A beach cart was provided which made it easy to cart all our stuff. The pool, hot tub and patio were a great place to have afternoon drinks before going to dinner. We would definitely stay there again. Can’t wait to go back.

This place has potential. This house has all the basics, but there is no attention to detail…..Here are my suggestions for the owner.
1. The house needs a deep clean. There are bedrooms that have such filthy windows, baseboards, doors knobs, kitchen cabinets.
2. The kitchen needs a complete inventory. We planned to eat most of our meals in, as there were nine in our family. Not enough flatware for us to all eat without taking turns. I let management know and received another set right away. I also had to ask for plastic drinking cups as I didn’t want to hand the kids glass goblets to drink from and risk breaking. What is there, seems like random junk left by previous guests.
3. If you decide to visit here, bring your own scatter rugs. Not a single rug in the entire house….not even the front door, so you have endless white tiled floors, lots of sand and no barrier to stop it from coming in. By the end of day one, I could already feel the grit under my feet (imagine 5 kids coming in and out from the beach and not a rug to wipe your feet on. This meant I spent way too much vacation time sweeping floors (the broom needs to be replaced too). By day three, I made a Walmart run and bought rugs.
4. When the pool filter blew up (not an exaggeration) I let management know immediately. It took almost the entire week we were there, to fix. They kept the chemicals flowing and said we could still use it. By Friday, 3 in our group had chemical burns.
We will not be returning.

Property in great conditions. Clean, spacious, comfortable. Bathrooms in good conditions. Location is wonderful, near the beach. The pool was clean. Only the BBQ was not that clean. Our stay was great. I would definitely recommend this property

We really enjoyed the home.beach is close enough. Home very clean. Decorated beautifully. Bathrooms very nice. Beds were comfortable. Couch could be cleaned. Kitchen needs silverware!!! No pot holders. Ice maker does not work. TVs have Roku. All work. Needs a vacuum or better broom. Needs a new grill bush. We could not get the pool lights on at night and could not heat up the hot tub. Maybe leave instructions on how to use remote. Pool was very nice in the shade in evenings and cleaned twice. There are rats in the evening (probably unavoidable) around grill. I suggest you dump your trash after cooking. The stairs are a lot! We had a lot stuff for 10 people. Elevator would have been nice but I understand. Over all great home and I would rent again!

We had a wonderful time at Beach View Retreat! My siblings, our spouses and I spent the week relaxing and enjoying ourselves in this great property. Plenty of room for all nine of us, close to the beach, and clean!
The property manager responded quickly to our few questions and the pool man showed up twice to make sure the pool was sparkling.
If we could have asked for anything, it would have been more clothes hangers in the closets, a few pot holders and some dish towels.
We would definitely recommend this property for your visits to AMI and we plan on staying there again!

The property was okay. There were rats on the fence by the pool in the evenings. The grill by the pool was so dirty that it smelled when sitting by the pool. My son ended up cleaning the grill and the drip pan from the grill that was disgusting. It was very time consuming. The pool was cleaned at the begining of the week and never again. It was cloudy by Friday.
There was no vacuum only a old broom to clean the floors inside. We had 10 people but there was 4 spoons in the silverware drawer and no plastic cups for by the pool. The biggest disappointment was the internet went down sometime Friday and we never got it back. We paid alot for this place and couldn't even watch TV in the evenings. Disappointing.

Great location very close to beach. Two families of 4 stayed and had a blast. Walking to the beach each day followed up by pool in the afternoon and cooking out by the pool then going up roof to watch the sunset!

Great Location
Great space in a great location. Beds were all very comfy! Kitchen could use some attention! Cheap plastic plates and bowls were less than desirable. 3 coffee makers-2 with no basket for coffee, 1 w/ broken carafe and one basic coffeemaker that worked. Broken mug and chipped glass in cupboard. House could have been cleaner, but was manageable. Broken wagon and only 5 chairs for 6 people was less than adequate for the price!! Again, loved the location and space!!All AMI personnel were pleasant and helpful!

close to the beach
We found this property to be clean and in good condition. we had a minor issue with a bathroom door that wouldnt latch. We called on a Sat. and were pleased to get a Sunday morning repair. This is a great location with the beach, groceries, and pharmacy only a block or two away. The pool was the perfect temp and offered sun and shade for our granchildren to play in when the adults were worn out from the beach. We stayed at a house next door a few years baxk and loved it as well but our famy has grown so we needed the larger occupancy allowance that this house offered. 3 king beds (and 2 queens) and large beautiful bathrooms. We will likely stay here again.

Nice property with excellent property managers
The house and property were clean upon arrival. After only one day the refrigerator died. We placed a call and maintenance staff was there immediately. Unfortunately it took 4 more days to have a working fridge, but they did bring one for the garage. It wasn't convenient, but they did make it right for us. One major gripe is that there are NO dressers in the bedrooms. Four adult couples had to live out of suitcases for a week, which is unacceptable. A simple solution would be to put an inexpensive dresser in each closet (which had no hangers either). Kitchen could use some rectangular pans, a mixer, measuring spoons, mixing bowls, etc. A quick trip to ikea would take care of these things that make it a comfortable stay for adults. All in all, nice home.

Great family Vacation
Just perfect! Exactly what we were looking for to spend a week together. It was like our home away from home, plenty of room for us all to relax and visit. All the bedrooms were a good size with comfortable beds and bathrooms attached or close by. A pool and hot tub provided plenty of entertainment. We loved having the grill, most restaurants were busy and it was hard for them to accommodate 10 people during a busy dinner shift. Publix was right around the corner, very convenient. A short work across the road to the beach was the best part, location was spot on for dining, shopping and riding bikes. We had to much fun on the roof, what a beautiful view from up there. Thank you for a memorable week, it was awesome 😎�

Very Nice!
We were very happy with the home and the AMI team. Good location, lots of room in the house. Nice outdoor pool area. We had a few small issues with the pool operation, but AMI addressed it immediately. Would definitely stay again at this property or with AMI.
Holmes Beach is a nice area. Great beach (just one block away) and easy access to shopping. One tip for those arriving on Saturdays (when there’s a large influx of people onto the island) - head to the Publix 7 min inland (across the bridge on Manatee) to avoid the crowds.

Nice house close to the beach
We stayed at Holmes Beach over Thanksgiving. AMI was quick to respond to any questions we had and were great to deal with. The house was perfect for our family. There were 5 adults and 3 kids and there was plenty of space for everyone. The beach is a short walk from the house and the supplied beach cart made it easy to transport our things to and from the beach. The back yard is great. Lots of trees surrounding the yard and pool making it very private. The master bedroom is huge. Only issue with it is the lack of window blinds. There are white curtains but they don't block the sun in the morning. Also the pillows weren't great, but the bed is comfortable. Make sure to bring soap and other toiletries as the 1 tiny bar of soap provided in the bathrooms isn't going to make it a week. Neither will the one provided dishwashing pod. Luckily Publix is walking distance from the house for any supplies you'll need and you will need supplies. When traveling from out to town you don't think to pack salt and pepper or any other spices you may need to cook with. If you go out to eat for every meal it's not a problem but if you plan on cooking having some basic supplies would be nice. All in all it was a great property and would rent from AMI again.

Dream vacation
We rented the house bc My twins turned 21 ! we were so excited to find such a beautiful house with all the extras like pool, hot tub, outside kitchen, all the balconies . Very happy the pool was heated bc it was cloudy everyday but you can’t control the weather. There was so much to do right around there we were never trying to find things to do. Definitely renting off you guys again. You have a very satisfied customer! Thank you

Pictures don’t do the house justice. It’s better in person. Pool area was my favorite and the master suite. There’s lots of steps here... so beware but the layout of the house is great. Bathrooms are very nice and updated. Beautiful beaches on every corner! Management was great to work with a responded very timely.

Multi Family mini reunion
We loved the home, everything in the pictures was even better in person. There was a small pool issue when we arrived but it was taken care of right away. The location to the beach was so close and the home came with supplies to take to the beach. Only improvement would be to have at least one or two bedrooms with two beds each instead of all Kings and queens. We had a lot of older kids that really did not want to share a bed. We had to rent some roll away beds and the rooms don’t have room for them either.

Great but disappointing
Beautiful. But, I dont know if we will make it back. 1. When you get a little older it is difficult to sit on your toilet stools when parts of your body are in water. All stools low to the floor. Thats less than a 1000.00 cost to make the stay pleasant. 2. The elevator did not work. Nothing to tell us how or why. 3. No safety rails for pool or tub that may be a violation. 4. Pool control works on some functions and not on others. There should be some instructions. We had experienced pool people in our group. We loved the place. One suggestion. 1/2 bathroom on ground floor. We are in our 60 - 80 year old group. These are Just comments that you ask for. The Location and the rest was wonderful....

What a perfect home for holiday! We were 1 minute walk to beach and only 1 house to pine avenue. Huge pool and back yard. The best donuts are only steps out the secret back gate behind the pool. We absolutely loved our stay in this amazing ground level cottage in the heart of Anna Maria!!

Lovely Beach Stay
This home is conveniently located near many restaurants, shops, and beach. It was clean, spacious and had the basics. The beds were too hard for our taste, and all the TVs are programmed for streaming. No cable or satellite so it made viewing tv programs a bit challenging. There’s a lot of information about the area in the home, and trash collection and how to work the door lock, there should’ve been a manual on how to work the remotes for the tv and programs. The elevator in the home is not for guest use, so something to consider if traveling with disabilities. This home is three levels, the ground floor is where the pool is, 2nd is kitchen, living room, etc., and the 3rd is the master bedroom. There’s a 4th that is set up for viewing the outdoor surroundings. So be prepared for carrying all things up stairs.

Lovely House
We had a perfect stay in this beautiful dream house. Everything was clean, well equipped and the decoration is special. It makes you feel like you are part of this beautiful island. The view of the terrace is spectacular, I particularly fall in love with the sunsets.
The private pool was great for the tasty family barbecues.
We recommend it and for sure we will be back soon.

Amazing Location! Walk to everything!
Amazing location and walking distance to the beach, the mermaid, the sandbar and slims. Brand new construction and very clean with a great view from the rooftop. Pool is great for entertaining and private. Great stay!

The pictures serve no justice to the actual house!
The property is absolutely gorgeous, the pictures were nothing like what we saw then we first came in! So close to the beach and very spacious. Loved my stay and 10/10 would stay here again.
